“All very good, the customer service team were great. All very smooth. My only gripe is the price increase of nearly £40, a tad steep methinks. I couldn't really be bothered to shop around and so I just renewed the policy for ease, but I may do some more homework next year.”

“Great service. Phoned in plenty of time before renewal, checked all details, and offered other add-on products without any hint of pressure. We use them for house insurance, their quote was half the price of SAGA. Very recommended.”
