“Very polite staff who explained everything. No pushy sales pitch. Renewing the policy was so easy and quick. Not had to make a claim but if I do I hope they are as professional and helpful. I shopped around and these were cheaper by far. I would recommend”

“Completing details online were easy and on calling the team to discuss in more detail the gentleman (Gavin?) was very helpful indeed. Details have since been sent by the team and it looks ok (you never know how good until you claim) only concern is that you have to sign some documents and return in 7 days, which feels a rush for me but fortunately I managed to get the printer to scan and not have to use post!”
