“I had a massive increase in the quote from my previous broker following a flood caused by an overwhelmed drain (Victorian construction) first tim in our 47 years ownership first time ever. After taking advice we re-engineered the drain access so that any future similar downpour will be coped Deeside (which I learnt of through a comparison website) were extremely helpful obtaining a quote which was only slightly up on previous level ( loss of no claim bonus) but with a heavy excess for flood The initial web application was not difficult and the subsequent telephone interaction with Chiara was very helpful and efficient. I would recommend to anyone with similar flood experience ie not in a flood plain or flood risk area.”
