“I hadn't heard from aim4 as email address on file stopped working. No attempt was made to contact myself to say contract was up. Wasting £200-£300 each year.I did try to cancel policy before as it was too high but cost to much to cancel and was never asked if any details or email address changed.poor show and I won't be back.”
