Good app and very easy to use. Obviously the trains needs to continue to be rubbish to make it worthwhile financially.

I just subscribed to the DIY option after a 28 day trial. So far every single claim I've manually made to SWR has been paid and this service pays for itself. If only I found out about it ten months ago.

DRS is a great service and makes it very easy to claim for all those annoying delays to your daily commute. However, I am finding that after the £10 monthly fee I am only getting back slightly more than that each month, so about 65% of my refunded money has gone to pay for this service... DRS could maybe look at reducing their rates slightly?

I find the service very easy to use. It saves me having to note down late train every time I'm on one. the auto claim service has even further benefited me. I'm a big fan

It is now starting to get a little expensive and I have had some issues with the train companies as they have queried the way that claims are submitted. In some cases, claims have been duplicated and in others they are not submitted in order. This does look suspicious

I used to let train delays go and never claim for them, but now it's easy to keep track of the times and the refunds I get do add up! Last month I managed to get about £60 refunded. Why should you pay full whack for a delayed service? DRS is really valuable if you are a commuter - highly recommend!

Money well spent. As a Southern Rail customer I get a lot of delayed or cancelled trains. Delay Repay Sniper is a brilliant service and completely removes the hassle of making claims.

The easiest, most satisfying part of my daily commute is watching the slow but steady trickle of money deposited in my account by Southern and Thameslink via the simple 2 click Delay Repay process offered by Delay Repay Sniper - thanks for doing exactly what you say, exactly when it's needed - if only the train companies would copy your example.

Still displaying two possible claims when only one can be selected. Multiple claims sent in one go and almost missed the deadline to claim. Not all delays are recorded as they actually occur leaving me to select other delayed trains to ensure delay is accounted for. Otherwise a great service and thank you for taking the pain away from a process I would never do myself. Andy

This is a great service - I am recouping almost 50% of my ticket price, it is easy and given these trying times littel else to do with my commute is!
