you will be waiting a while to get said items 12-25days if lucky. the customer supported just ignores your issues, just a bot sends an email back saying they received your issue. then they never talk to you again. they take your money and run. and you wait for days for your items. if you have issue with items you ordered they will not care. you can send as many emails you want; they will not respond.
they send wrong products when told to send the one need for said item in their inventory.
people at this business are useless and incompetent and just don't care for their costumers

“I have placed 2 orders with DTT and cancel the first because it was taking so long. Said I would not order from them again, not being to smart I placed a 2nd order which as been since the a month on what was a in stock item. E-mail with them is slower that snail mail. If I am every going to place an order for parts IT WILL NOT BE WITH THEM! Being burned twice from them is my fault. I have learned my lesson.

“I ordered a 80% lower from Delta Team which never arrived. Apparently it was sent to the wrong address. I sent them multiple messages both before and after it went to the wrong address to update them on the correct address. They kept sending me messages telling me to take pictures of it so the could remedy the problem. Of course I had no items to photograph. I called and was told they would send it to me when it returned to them. Unfortunately, they did not send it to me and charged me a restocking fee of 15%. I wound up ordering from a company that actually had customer service and will not deal with Delta again. If you do not want to be ripped off, do not utilize this company.”
“Customer service and any form of phone response or instant message is a joke, huge delays and waiting for someone to answer the phone is ajoke. I have been hung up on 3 times each time I. All which is 3 times a week. The email response is just as bad. Instantly refers you to there email site to respond to them and cancels the request to be called back after waiting 37 days for and item to be built and shipped. I had to call them to find out they haven't even built the rifle yet.
I was the owner I would fire my entire staff and then go jump off the north rim of the Grand Canyon head first with out a safety. I would not be able to live with myself knowing my staff treated people so badly. Good news is you could use this company as a perfect example of how to not run business or how to not treat customers.”

“I Bought a drop in trigger that sporadically acted like a binary trigger. Very unsafe. I took the gun with the trigger installed to a gunsmith. They worked on it for several hours then told me that they could not fix it because there was something wrong with the geometry of it. Now I cannot get them on the phone to try to get a return. I have tried dozens of times. Have sent emails as well with no reply.”

“I ordered a bolt carrier group and a charging handle. The bolt carrier group had a broken gas key, I contacted them sent pictures of it they will not replace it. That's bad business and I will not support them anymore. I've purchased quite a bit from them and this will be the last. You should not have to pay for junk damaged parts. I won't again.”
“I've placed 6 orders with DTT in the past 3 months for various parts, upper kits, LPK's, BCG's, Buffer assemblies for 556 and 9 etc.
My latest order that I placed 3 days ago is for a 308 complete upper that includes a BCG and CH for a great price with reputable American made parts. I have had nothing but great service before the sale and after the sale. They return my calls the day I call even if the call is 1 hour before their closing, I get a call back. So not sure about other folk's experience with poor service or quality of items, but my experience has been great. I did have a feeding issue with a AR9 upper I ordered, spoke to Mark who is their resident gunsmith about the problem and together we were able to remedy the problem without having to send the upper back, all it took was for me to polish the feeding ramp and now it goes into battery flawlessly. I've put at least 700 rounds thru it without a single feeding issue. They even issued a credit back to me for doing my own work (which I'd rather do myself if possible). I have ordered from 2 other companies and have not had the level of service as DTT and in fact was charged a restocking fee for an order that I cancelled 3 days after being placed that was not worked on or sent out yet. I have cancelled an order with DTT and was refunded in full days after being ordered with out being "Nickeled and Dimed" by a 4 1/2 percent restocking fee as I was with the other guys. Needless to say I will not be doing business in the future with those guys for this simple reason, and just so you know I spent almost $4000 with them, only to be N&D'd for less than $30 I will definitely be ordering from them in the future and will order exclusively from them provided they have the product I am looking to purchase. I read the reviews before doing business with DTT and thought I'd take a chance and see for myself. I'm glad I did. Keep up the great work DTT, you've got a customer for life. Too bad Thunder Tactical, you've lost my business and anyone I talk to regarding your chickenshit restocking fee BS!”

Much quicker than an order I placed previously from Optics Planet and Classic Firearms. Will definitely be doing business with them again.”
“I have bought from DTT a few times, the first time an upper for my 450 project with my son. My order came in 2 days later than advertised, but the prices are so good I didn't mind. I have since bought a few more items. Though the shipping can be a bit slower, when it's $200+ cheaper than any other businesses, I find it hard to complain. I highly recommend this company and will be purchasing much more from them”

“Placed an order on the 27th of April. They took my money on the 29th. They do not EVER respond to inquiries of ANY kind. They say it takes 18-20 days to assemble an upper AFTER you place the order. I wait. 3 weeks goes by without a single word. I send them a notice to cancel the order and low and behold a response. They say it was delivered on May first. Only 2 days after payment, they assembled it and packaged it, shipped it and delivered it. I asked for tracking information. They send me tracking information to Taylor South Carolina. I live in Idaho. I send them my order information. Now NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Do what you want with this information but BE VERY CAREFUL !!!!”
