They sell out of spec BCGs. NIB coating done improperly. Indents all over my bolt lugs. And they had the audacity to say it's "normal" lol yet their website page for the item didn't show the markings nor a disclaimer.
Then proceed to screw you over with restocking fees, cancellation fees, shipping fees. Etc.
I'm so stupid for giving them my business. I've reported them to BBB and my Credit Card Company.”
“I was very nervous after reading reviews but decided to pull the trigger anyway, I had a 10 item cart,ordered on the 24th (Sunday) items shipped Tuesday,received on the 3rd(following Tuesday). All parts were accounted for and the quality was better than expected,I did buy a serialized lower from a local gun shop to keep everything legal. Just left the range, rifle performed flawlessly, ran 100 rnds of standard and subsonic mix,(.300 blk),no jams,no feed issues, extremely happy and already have another build in the cart from them.”

The bcg, charging handle and other small parts actually came faster than expected and quality was great! I will recommend and use these guys for years to come!”
“Besides a decent price on something on occasion, delta team tactical is horrible! I gave them a few chances to change my opinion but they just do not care about customer service or gaining new customers. Twice when I've placed an order it took well over the 6-9 business days they tell you it will take for your item to ship. 1st time, it took 5 weeks to get a drop in trigger, then 4 weeks to get a stock. Then yesterday I get an email from them stating they're having "their biggest sale ever on handguards" 20% off handguards! I've actually been looking to get a new handguard so I go on their website, pick out one I like, enter the discount code, and it tells me it's invalid for this item!?!! After I contact customer service, they tell me the discount code is only good for certain handguards (about 8-10 handguards) out of nearly 100.... Uh... Ok.... But that's y'all's biggest sale ever on handguards!? Misleading advertisment!! I'm done with DTT!!”
“I was under the impression that DELTA WAS A REPUTABLE. COMPANY. I, ORDERED 6 SPRINGS SETS THAT WERE ON SPECIAL ,AND THEY ONLY SENT ONE SET. AFTER SENDING SEVERAL EMAILS. THEY NEVER RESPONDED AND NEVER RETURNED MY MONEY ,NOR SENT THE MISSING SPRING SETS. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN .AND DO NOT RECOMMEND IT .”

you will be waiting a while to get said items 12-25days if lucky. the customer supported just ignores your issues, just a bot sends an email back saying they received your issue. then they never talk to you again. they take your money and run. and you wait for days for your items. if you have issue with items you ordered they will not care. you can send as many emails you want; they will not respond.
they send wrong products when told to send the one need for said item in their inventory.
people at this business are useless and incompetent and just don't care for their costumers

“I have placed 2 orders with DTT and cancel the first because it was taking so long. Said I would not order from them again, not being to smart I placed a 2nd order which as been since the a month on what was a in stock item. E-mail with them is slower that snail mail. If I am every going to place an order for parts IT WILL NOT BE WITH THEM! Being burned twice from them is my fault. I have learned my lesson.

“I ordered a 80% lower from Delta Team which never arrived. Apparently it was sent to the wrong address. I sent them multiple messages both before and after it went to the wrong address to update them on the correct address. They kept sending me messages telling me to take pictures of it so the could remedy the problem. Of course I had no items to photograph. I called and was told they would send it to me when it returned to them. Unfortunately, they did not send it to me and charged me a restocking fee of 15%. I wound up ordering from a company that actually had customer service and will not deal with Delta again. If you do not want to be ripped off, do not utilize this company.”
“Customer service and any form of phone response or instant message is a joke, huge delays and waiting for someone to answer the phone is ajoke. I have been hung up on 3 times each time I. All which is 3 times a week. The email response is just as bad. Instantly refers you to there email site to respond to them and cancels the request to be called back after waiting 37 days for and item to be built and shipped. I had to call them to find out they haven't even built the rifle yet.
I was the owner I would fire my entire staff and then go jump off the north rim of the Grand Canyon head first with out a safety. I would not be able to live with myself knowing my staff treated people so badly. Good news is you could use this company as a perfect example of how to not run business or how to not treat customers.”
“6 weeks and nothing shipped. Everytime I contacted was told something different. "Its being shipped today" a week later "Will get added to priority build list, will go out this week", next week "Covid hit us hard, we are behind" every single time they just give an excuse.”
“At first I hesitated to order from them due to some poor reviews. However they had in stock the AR COMPONENT I NEEDED. I did on-line ordering. That went perfect. After a day I called them to make sure my order was in process. they promptly return my call within an hour. I received my order in about a week. On the phone they were professional, courteous, friendly, clear and direct to the point. I will be ordering from them again.”
“I Bought a drop in trigger that sporadically acted like a binary trigger. Very unsafe. I took the gun with the trigger installed to a gunsmith. They worked on it for several hours then told me that they could not fix it because there was something wrong with the geometry of it. Now I cannot get them on the phone to try to get a return. I have tried dozens of times. Have sent emails as well with no reply.”
