Even things they said would be 2-3 weeks to ship, they shipped early! I got constant shipping updates as well. Twice I emailed them with questions and both times I received a call back within 15 minutes! The items I've ordered have all exceeded expectations evey time. I couldn't be happier with Delta and I am a loyal customer now!!!”

“last two months I have ordered 2 80% uppers and some accessories first order it was ran late I called to check status and they were oh yeah it's late it shipped very next day so okay a bump in the road it happens so I ordered another and it ran late I called to check status again just to find out it was on back order no call or email telling me it was back ordered customer service was very poor telling me they will look into my order and I will call you back 2 days later no call this went on for a week so I asked about canceling my order sense nobody would communicate I was told I would have to pay a restocking fee even though order was several weeks late and they couldn't give me a ETA on my back order but to my surprise order shipped after I wanted to cancel they really need to fix there customer service so would i order from them again I doubt it once your order has been placed your money is held hostage until they ship your order”

“Horrible company to do business with did there online order pick up in store witch is usually ready in an hour or so drive the 30 plus miles to store get there and was told they moved there warehouse and would be notified when it was ready to pick up. Got an email saying my item had shipped to the store a week later made the 30 plus mile drive to pick up get to the store and was told my items were not there and couldn’t pick them up and that no one from the warehouse would bring them over because they had already been there once that day. Asked if I could go to warehouse and pick up and they said no. They don’t care about there customers at all. Canceled my order and will take my business else we’re. Total joke of a company to let a 1,000 plus order walk away!! Would of given zero stars but wasn’t an option !!!! Stay away !!”

“I have had several orders from them and Omega who must be affiliated & 0 problems .I once received a LPK and the hammer has a j spring which was not seated so when installed it hit the receiver and they sent a replacement and a new grip screw as that kit also had a messed up screw .Omega forgot a bottle of clp and I wrote and they sent it out. I have friends who say they got burned on uppers with them . But I buy my uppers from BCA and they have nice stuff but customer service is abhorrent. I cannot say I have ever had a bad dealing with delta and I buy a fair amount of stuff”

“Was a little nervous using them after reading so many of these reviews but I have to say...they surpassed my expectations. Ordered a kit on Friday and I received a shipment confirmation the following Wednesday. They kept me up to date with emails and shipping confirmations and answered any questions I had.
I have a feeling a lot of these reviews were people who ordered kits who needed to be test fired and the site says 30 days wait. I think a lot of people just ordered them not realizing that and expected it to all be built, fired and shipped in a weekend.”

They deducted my $2K right away from my bank account but still haven't even processed my order. Their website says unassembled parts will ship within 3-5 days. Well it's been 22 days.

“DONT GET IN A HURRY! If you need your order ANYTIME SOON, go elsewhere! I am currently waiting for an order placed 10 days ago that has not shipped yet. Although, they will send you a DOZEN emails every day marketing items….. What’s the point trying to sell the public more merchandise that you cannot deliver in a reasonable amount of time. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them in the past 3 years….. That ended a week ago. My time is far more valuable than the small savings that I might get by ordering from them. Also, check their Better business bureau records. Almost 300 complaints in just a few years. The VAST MAJORITY of them are “unresolved”. Just don’t.”
“I was in the process of an LR.308 build and ordered a .308 complete buffer assembly from Delta Team Tactical. I received the part from them but was waiting for the barrel and bolt carrier group that I ordered from a different company to come. It literally took me a year just to get the parts to build the rifle. Once I got the rifle together I figured out that the bolt carrier group would not travel far enough back for the bolt catch to work even when using the charging handle. I checked the spring next to my sons .308 and found out that they had sent me the wrong spring. I emailed pictures and an explanation along with my order number and got a reply that because my order was so old they couldn’t help me. I replied again the wrong parts are new it was the wrong spring and I would send it back to them in exchange for the right one. They refused to send me a $10.00 spring to keep my business and I have purchased many other things from them. Never again.”
