“I love my vail counter stools. They look great and are very comfortable. I was nervous about not sitting on them first, but the reviews were accurate. They are very comfortable. They arrived quickly too with no damage.”

“The chairs we bought are beautiful, but every time we slide a chair out, we run the risk of one of the feet cracking off. We’ve only had the four chairs for a few weeks, and so far 7 of the feet have broken off. They sent us a bag of replacements, but it doesn’t seem sustainable to keep a drawer full of these so we can put new feet on every few days. Bummer too because these chairs were expensive.”

“I can’t say enough for these counter stools. I had looked at them for a little while but was hesitating due to the higher price compared to some other counter stools. . Thankfully, I was able to catch a 50% off sale. These counter stools are very high quality, they are beautiful! I’m so glad that I purchased them. :)”

“The chair is really comfy, and it was pretty easy to swap out the cover, after a bit of trial and error. A couple suggestions on the card would be helpful, just to point out which end of the cushion is on the bottom vs the back.”

“We ordered the Avon counter stools. Quality is average to below average. Rather than using 2” (8/4 or 10/4) lumber for the legs, they’ve elected to laminate 3/4” boards together from which they mill the legs and frame. Unfortunately, the boards are delaminating and starting to show gaps. Further, they didn’t bother to grain or color match some of the boards that were laminated together, so colors are mismatched on several of the chair legs. Using 2” or 2.5” lumber would solve these issues, but my guess is that it’s cheaper for them to laminate 3/4” lumber together. Chairs are comfortable. The fabric and leather look nice. However I would avoid these chairs until they can increase the quality of the chair legs and frame.”
