“Having worked in the high end trade furniture industry for almost 20 years, I was hesitant to purchase seating online from Denver Modern without be able to sit test the items. I purchased two Vail Counter Stools, the Baltic Chair and the Bok Dining Chair with leather seat (as a small profile desk chair). When everthing arrived, uncartoned and installed I was EXTREMELY impressed with the quality and overall comfort of each of these items. The craftsmanship is impeccable and each piece is much more substantial than they appear online. I would not hesitate to purchase other items from Denver Modern in the future. I am thrilled with my selections in every way...”

“I purchased two vail armchairs. The chairs are very comfortable and modern. One of the chair’s metal part on the front came apart after a couple months. It was definitely a manufacturer mistake. I called the customer service and sent them the photos. They immediately shipped a new chair. Very nice company.”

“We couldn't be happier. We got 3 of the Boucle vail stools on Black Friday. You get what you pay for. These stool check all the boxes. Superb quality, aesthetically pleasing, and very comfortable. Their customer service was very helpful and responsive. The stools actually went down in price while they were being shipped and they honored the new price...no questions asked.”

“I received the chairs, yesterday but the delivery driver just dumped the crate with the pellets at my driveway, I understand it is curb side delivery, but what do i do with wooden pallete that is big and dumped at my garage way?? Also the driver was borderline rude, when I asked him if he can take WH pallete coming at my door step. Expected some better service. Anyway! Not a great experience! We paid shipping, at least just the boxes should be dropped not the pallete.”
