“UPDATED REVIEW --1/13/25: Recieved a call from Kyle at Denver Modern shortly after my post; and he acknowleged my concern and is going to conduct a painless exchange--even after I threw away the boxes. I was very impressed how quickly he reached out and how proactive he was with ensuring I was a satisified customer. As mentioned, the product quality is absolutely amazing...but I need the correct height to ensure my total satisfaction of the product. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For the price, I wish I would have got a virtual or live consultant to help me. The product is amazing but what went wrong in this experience was my chairs were much taller than expected. We are now standing very high and it’s very uncomfortable. I don’t expect Denver Modern to exchange these for the smaller ones. I know there are measurements but as a consumer, it would be nice to get another consulting pulse check to make sure that we understand that high bar seats require a kitchen island to be at a certain height to make comfort easy. Honestly for this price, I pay for quality—-but gos a long way with a good consulting experience. I doubt that I have anyone from Denver Modern to help me now that it’s been unpackaged and sold.”

“Denver Modern was fantastic! From the extremely high quality of the Vail Stools, to the excellent communication, and outstanding shipping and packaging, I can’t recommend this company more. The stools were the final piece for my kitchen remodel, and truly enhanced the design. Everyone loves them, and says how comfortable they are! Highly, highly recommend. Worth it!!”

“I ordered a Vail Stool when arrived and loved the chair. I ordered 4 more to match however Denver Modern shipped different chairs which did not match. I spoke to a manager who told me the the ones i ordered were discontinued and out of stock and appologized for having shipped the incorrect ones. She stated i would be refunded in full for all 5 chairs including shipping as it was an error made by Denver Modern. All 5 stools were picked up by a shipping partner however have not been refunded our funds nor has anyone called me to discuss.”

“I ordered and recieved four beautiful (and IMO expenisive) bar stools from Denver Modern, and one broke the first day we used it. I called Denver Modern and they are replacing it ASAP-so hoping that we are good to go. Friendly and helpful customer service.”
