“Ordered 2 sunflower leather stools and am very impressed with the quality of the chairs. There were some small issues with the chairs initially but the excellent customer service staff helped clear it up quickly. I am impressed with this company and I will look to shop there again.”

“I had a bad experience regarding the sideboard. First, I was supposed to get it at the beginning of October, and I got it only at the end of November. Second, I got it damaged. Denver Modern will replace it, but they should see it before delivering and have better customer service regarding the delivery date expectations. About the products, I really liked the quality and design.”

“I love our Denver Vail chairs! Only drawback was that one week after they arrived, Black Friday sale hit and the price dropped by 30%…. Super cool, Denver price matched and refunded the difference.”

“We are obsessed with our new Vail stools. After having our eyes on them for a while, we finally ordered them and they are the perfect addition to our new home. More so though, our customer experience with Denver Modern has been top notch from day one. A rarity nowadays. From visiting the show room in Denver, to ordering the stools and speedy, reliable delivery to Nashville, to unbelievable customer service on a follow up inquiry. We will be customers for life.”

“The stools we received were beautiful and just what we wanted. Unfortunately, on one of the stools the front leg was bent. I emailed customer service and sent them some pictures and they got back to me right way to tell me they would send us a new one. Excellent customer service!”

“The chairs are fantastic. Very happy with them a little bit of a snafu on delivery. The chairs were delivered on a pallet in the driveway without warning, but the chairs themselves are exactly what I’d hoped for.”
