YOU WILL PAY A LOT OF EXTRA FOR UK DELIVERY! PLEASE READ. I ordered a Garmin Bike Computer.. All look liked it was going well.. Then nothing.. I kept checking and then noticed that my package was stuck in the Depot awaiting customs charges.. If I had known from the start then it would have been no problems.. The item only cost £324.00 & Delivery -£7.99 - Because the UK is out of the EU - you now have to be Customs & Excise Duties.. nothing said about this at all on their Website.. it cost me a further - £66.05 to get them to release the package from Parcelforce in the UK.. and all the hassle that comes with.. NIGHTMARE.. The need to update their website to show this information !!!!

Awful, hasn't arrived in over a month and aren't acknowledging my request for a refund even though they are now in breach of their terms and conditions

I was sent an item with a defect and tried to contact the customer support. They stopped replying, and the assistance is essentially non-existent. I was never able to get a replacement (this was a €250+ purchase)

This company is deceitful and passes on the cost of their mistakes to the customer. I was told I should send a product which they sent incorrectly (mens rather than women's running gloves), said they would refund me the shipping to post receiving the item (charge of 7.50). I did not receive the shipping and was told it was against their T&C's and was charged a 2.99 handling fee over and above the shipping expense I incurred. They are thieves!

- I received the purchased items broken, dirty and packed in an inappropriate packaging. - The after-sales service is terrible: nobody answers the emails and nobody contacts you. - Due to the above, I had to call the "customer service" service seven days after receiving the purchase. His answer offered no logical solution to my problem, lying and showing very little professionalism in trying to justify what happened. What do you understand by "response in 48h"? - When a purchase becomes a nightmare and they treat you badly, it is not worth it. - I'm still waiting for a solution ...

DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE! Deporvillage refuses to return money in case of returns. Deporvillage wants to charge me € 26.99 for returning a purchased item. But they simply refuse to observe the Laww in Portugal which determined they MUST refund the shipment costs of € 19.99. Now, this is an incredible abusive practice where Deporvillage profits not from selling goods but to bet customer will return the items !!! It is a double punishment! Run away !! Don't make that mistake that I made !!

Item missing, no replies One of the articles is comprised of a few pieces, and the main piece didn't come. I tried talking to them but it's been two weeks and no answers. After quite a few orders on the platform, I've had many stock-related annoyances. Nothing like this though. It's inadmissible. Order #700192223-1

Every time I tried to track my parcel you just changed the delivery date, because of this I couldn't get someone to wait in for the delivery. I got so frustrated that I decided I didn't want the item as my sons birthday is now long gone because the parcel took so long to come I have now asked to cancel the order and I want my money back but since I asked this your customer service department now thinks its funny to send me emails in French or Spanish. This is totally unacceptable. I want my money back now Worst customer service experience ever.

It's difficult to give Deporvillage 1 star because they took the money, never delivered the shoes ordered and yet sent an email saying they were delivered (impossible since I work from home now and was waiting for parcel). Customer service is unaccessible. None of the phone numbers work, for Deporvillage nor the delivers service (GLS), and not even the 'chat with one of our agents' functions. This clearly stinks of fraud and will pursue it as such with my credit card provider.

Shocking, no other words. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Purchase made on 23rd December for an item advertised as in stock and delivered within 48 hours. The date today is 20th January and after much chasing, my item has finally been dispatched TODAY after chasing the "customer service' team (though there is no evidence of customer service in sight) and chasing someone on Instagram because the customer service team are inept and don't respond to questions. I paid £8.99 for delivery which, when most companies will deliver for free when you spend over a certain amount (and quickly I might add), I believe to be expensive, especially for a small item. When I requested a refund of the delivery charge as a goodwill gesture for the poor service and lack of updates, I was offered a discount code (because going through another purchase experience like this is exactly what I want right now). Needless to say, I will not be buying from this company again and would strongly advise against doing so, unless you're happy with sub-standard service and waiting an eternity for delivery.

I wish I could give less then one star - I am currently trying to work with an ombudsman service for this company however it is difficult as they are based in Spain. They sold me a faulty, secondhand product and advertised it as brand new (full price). I noticed some problems two days after I received it and they said that the device definitely did not belong to anyone before me. I had problem after problem after problem after problem and then finally about 5 months later I found proof on the device that it did belong to somebody else. I have been contacting them about this for months and months - sometimes they reply, sometimes they don't bother. I just want to cry with frustration, all I want is a refund for a product that was mis-sold to me. Do not trust them, absolutely, completely awful :(

Depot village told me I have to go thru after sales.com because I wanted to get a exchange on my boots that I paid $218.00 plus $17.00 for shipping by email. After sales wanted me to send a Vidio of the boot that was leaking if you can believe that. Which I did. I have yet to get a response. It’s going on 2 weeks. Stay clear of this terrible customer service warranty. My shoes are only 30 days old and they boast in their website about 365 days for returns👎🇺🇸

Terrible customer service, made my first order, I was reluctant to do this because of all the negative reviews but thought I would risk it, then the day after I ordered they reduced the price, I asked them if they would refund the difference but they weren’t interested, wish I had ordered from elsewhere!

Paid online for a bike that was meant to be delivered in 24 hours according to their web site. After more than one month the bike didn't arrive and the company does not pay back the money. Very risky place to buy things from.
