“Ordered Hubby the light, solar panel, stake, and colored filters. I thought the kit came with the carry case however it came with the carry case. When it was delivered I reached out confused as based on the picture I assumed the carry case was included it was not it was the carry bag. I ordered the case as it is needed for everything I purchases. IN speaking with customer service I was very impressed by their making it right even though it was my mistake. We have yet to use the light but we dis set it up amd test it outside I LOVE it amd am super excited to use it everyday! This light is a Game Changer I kept my eye on it for over 6 months and finally purchased I am so happy I did!”

Also their solar panels don’t work and are scam. I had 3 replacements before I decided to jump ship.”

One of them didn't work when it was opened and Devos customer service was great! Replaced it immediately we were leaving on a camping trip in 4 days and they got it to us before we left.”
“Ordered the 30 watts minimalist 3 panel folding solar panel for the light ranger 1200. Received the solar panel and emailed asking if the charging cable came with it and was told that it does not. CS Rep did send me a set of cables and plug. Received an email about the said items above. Received a tracking number few days later. Click on the tracking number and nothing. Tried again few days later,still nothing. A week later, I check again and I saw a date that the label was created. Check few days again, but the label that was created is not saying, cancelled. That got me worried. So I emailed asking the status, no reply, but few days later I did finally received the cables and plug. I wished someone from CS would at least email me letting me know the status.”
“Love these lights! We use them at the perimeters of our camp to define the area at night. The standard white light is too white for a campsite so I highly recommend the soft-white filter that comes in their accessory kit. They fold up nicely and the included storage/tote bag makes them easy to pack and transport. My only recommendations for improvement would be to add a dimming feature and to include the soft-white filter as standard. While the ability to select zones is nice, I keep finding myself wanting the output to be reduced at night. These things are crazy bright and in a pitch-black camp setting the brightness is amplified.”

“One light arrived damaged, the small lights on one side constantly blink. The battery life is not as long as I was hoping. Maybe 2-3 hours on a charge. Telescoping is nice. The lights have the potential to be awesome, mine just weren’t.”

“Light are great! Our elementary school ordered a bunch to light our play area at night for outdoor events. We liked them so much we ordered more and asked if a donation would be possible. Devos customer service rep said yes, they would donate one, but never did. I followed up a few times to no avail. So many people told us they loved the lights- it was disappointing to share our experience with them.”
