“The store manager of countryside clearwater mall dillard store Christina refuse to make a refund or even exchange for a defective dress ( with bad billet and ineffective zipper) and when I told her this not unacceptable practice she ask the security gard to kick me out of the store. Unbelievable malpractice!!”
“DO NOT BUY any items online from Dillard's. They will just pick it up from the shelves dirty and broken and just ship it to your house as such. They are so disrespectful, no respect at for customers. Calling customer service is a waste of time. Please save yourself sometimes and buy somewhere else. They're not ready for online business.

Due to the poor salesmanship with Dillards pre-sales and their disregard of the follow up sales, and their tampering with each of my last 4 purchases, I have dreaded going into the store for fear of the bullying and harassment I have dealt with. “Bought a dress at dillards for a work event last week out of town and didn't have a ability to return it until today. First of the lady condescendingly was like "was this worn because there is a little bit of deoderent on it here". When I told her to start I didn't end up need to wear it because I had found something else.
Then she informed me because it was purchased over 3 day ago I would only be able to recieve a gift card credit rather then getting my money back.
3 Days??? What in the world is that? Who has the time to return something within that time frame especially when I bought the item for work out of town that night before leaving.
Easy to say I was not pleased with their was of handling the situation and this BS policy. This is just their crappy way of keeping the money in their store.
You shop anywhere else and the return period is within 30 days which is much more reasonable.

“DO NOT BUY, DO NOT BUY. I ordered a christmas gift on 12/9/20. The tracking to today 12/17/20 says USPS is still waiting for the item. I called on 12/14/20 to find out what the story was. The rep reordered and sent another item FedEx next day. On 12/17/20 I checked the order status and someone cancelled that order. I called again to find out what was going on and no one knows why that order was cancelled. I talked to a useless "supervisor" name Stephanie in the Texas call center and she was no help. I was told by her that items aren't being scanned to speed up shipping. So I'm supposed to trust her and hope a christmas gift for my wife arrives on time? The whole experience is like dealing with a call center in India or Pakastan, not the US. SO PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. BECAUSE THIS COMPANY FOR LACK OF A BETTER TERM "SUCKS"”

“Ordered shoes online. I already had one pair in a different color so knew what my size was, but the pair I got were much larger by at least a size. I called and was told no refunds since they were on sale. They wouldn't even exchange them! No more dillards.com for me.”
“I placed 2 Black Friday sales orders. The first order was cancelled after 5 days. Now I will not receive the order and Black Friday sales are over at the other department stores. I chose Dillard's over other department stores, I will not make that mistake again. Dillard's should not be able to sell items that are not available for shipment.
The second order had to be shipped from 2 different stores and they charged my credit card extra fees without my permission. I gave my consent for one total and they charged another amount. I will be contacting my credit card company about the over charge.
I do not recommend shopping online with Dillard's.”
