“Despite a prompt confirmation of purchase and next day dispatch, the product did not arrive. However, on contacting Direct 4 Baby a week later to explore why my purchase was not with me, without any delay they contacted the courier, then contacted me back to agree to send another item on next day delivery. I trust this was a courier problem and therefore I am very satisfied with the steps taken to make up for it.”
