“I purchased a stroller for a family holiday. I had special requirements as I needed to be able to take the pushchair on the plane. The staff where very helpful & gave demonstrations on several strollers to help me pick which would be best. I will definitely be calling again.”

“I ordered a rain cover for my double buggy before Christmas and it got lost in the post but the team at Direct4Baby have been extremely helpful in rectifying the situation and sorting me out a new one. Top marks for customer service! Will definitely be using Direct 4 Baby for future purchases.”

“The product is excellent. I don’t put 5 stars because of the delivery. They meant to come on Friday, but they were delay because of traffic. So I received a text saying I they will come on Saturday instead, but no-one turned up. On Sunday I received another text on that they were coming, but we weren’t at home. So I booked for the following Thursday and, eventually, I got the parcel. It might be the delivery company is busier than normal because of Christmas and black Friday. I would recommend the parcel to be delivered in one of the picking up points. But as I said the car sit is a 5 stars, it feels very secure and good quality.”

“I haven’t had my item and I haven’t had a sensible explanation of why it didn’t arrive. It appears that it wasn’t in stock when I ordered it but this was not clear on the website. I am now left without a car seat for my daughter over Christmas.”
