“Superb customer service after poor Royal Mail delivery. Went above and beyond to make time scale for delivery and in time for our holiday. Also very impressed with the Recaro Easylife, does exactly what it says”

“Having been let down by another company, I phoned Direct 4 Baby with an urgent last minute order. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and went out of his way to check the product was in stock and ensure it was dispatched straight away. I was very surprised and pleased when it arrived the next day at no extra cost. First class service! I will definitely buy from this company again and recommend to others.”
