“Last week I had seen the Bugaboo Fox2 pram on offer, however on Thursday when I went to order was back at full price. I phoned up and spoke to a lovely lady who agreed to honour the previous offer. As soon as I was off the phone, there was an invoice in my e-mail. On Friday I simply followed the link and paid. I was notified of the status of the delivery. And unbelieveably yesterday the pram was safely delivered little over 24hours after ordering. Excellent service - thank you very much. I will be ordering again from you. Highly recommended”

“We visited the newly open store in Aintree yesterday. The showroom is so relaxing and welcoming the team have done a fantastic job! Our sales advisor Nicky was so welcoming, very helpful and made us feel so relaxed, Nicky also had so much knowledge on the products in store. As new parents some of our questions felt silly but Nicky put us at ease and answered all of our questions and offered fantastic advice and support when picking our products. The price was fantastic, no hidden costs and Nicky helped us make some decisions when it came to what we needed. Fantastic timescale on delivery and Nicky even checked both car seats we bought were compatible with both of our cars to ensure we didnt waste money. Would highly recommend Direct 4 Baby and will definitely be using here in the future for any further baby and toddler needs we have!”

“We visited the Ormskirk store, and the new Aintree store on the same day, as there are some different items in each. We walked away with our purchase on the day, and are very happy with it. The store were also able to order us an extra part/item together with our in-store purchase on the day, which has been speedily delivered two days later. Staff in store were knowledgeable, and all too happy to help. I think we had plenty of attention as not only was the store quiet, but we had already had our baby, so we got to bring him pram shopping with us. 😁 Thanks for the great, informative service.”
