“The product I have received is beautiful! However, it was not the product I initially ordered. There was a delay and then I was told it was out of stock. This was resolved and the lady who resolved this query was very nice but it would have been nicer to have what I actually wanted to order!”

“I ordered an egg pram on Monday and it was delivered the next day with full tracking given by website and currier. I haven’t put it up yet but had a peek in the boxes and I love it! I will definitely be back to order more of my baby bits.”

“Such a lovely and helpful lady who explained the cybex stroller's different features etc . I was very pleased , we bought the silver cross combination system from this shop when my daughter was expecting her first baby, I would definitely recommend this baby shop they have a lot of knowledge about their products.”

“A BIG thank you to the team at Aintree Direct 4 Baby!!! I went with my mum to look at prams for my first baby, due in June, and every single one of them were so helpful and very knowledgeable. We brought the Silver Cross Pioneer bundle, which included the car seat and iso fix, and after a bad experience in a previous store with an iso fix not being compatible with my mums car the team at direct 4 baby made sure the isofox was compatible and even offered to fit it. The demonstration of the car seat and isofix was very helpful also. I can’t fault this place and the staff! We will definitely be back for more baby essentials in the future. Brilliant and thanks again. Shannon”
