“This is a Beautifully well made harness that has great arm, back and front support for our daughter as she loves to walk and it makes it so much easier to allow her a bit of room to move around, wonderful price, fast and efficient delivery, wonderful sellers, great contact and such a pleasure to do business with, this harness comes in a range of colours which i really like (we chose the black one and love it) thank you, will most definitely buy from again”

“The service we have had has been excellent. We ordered a car booster seat after making email enquiries that gained speedy and thorough replies. Due to current issues with delivery from Europe it was a little late arriving but when we made telephone enquiries we were dealt with politely and honestly. The free delivery by dpd worked like clockwork. We are delighted with the booster seat. It arrived this morning and was simple to install. It is ready for our 4 year old grandson to use tomorrow.”

“Ordered a pushchair showing in stock. After my order was then told they didn't have 1 part of it and would send the rest out that day and the other part when it came in. Recieved a shipping email and dpd tracking number ect to then have a phone call on the day of delivery saying that they are out of stock and its been discontinued. Should of listened to the other reviews”

“I ordered a pram combination from Direct4baby for my step daughter who is expecting her 3rd child in two weeks. It was delivered within a couple of days. The service was excellent and i was kept fully informed about the order and its delivery. I would recommend this business for its excellent customer service.”

“The description on eBay of the 2 baby gates were wrong. Ended up ordering the incorrect one as they showed pictures of two models fir one item which was confusing. Customer service was excellent however in terms of when I called they cancelled the order immediately.”
