“Really disappointed, I ordered the owlet smart sock and video monitor over 2 weeks ago, dispatch described 5 working days maximum therefore upon chasing where the delivery was I was told the smart sock was out of stock and I would have to wait a further 2 weeks for delivery. If the smart sock wasn’t available for delivery when ordered this should have been indicated on the website, if the out of stock occurred shortly after ordering I should have been notified. I will now have to accept the order piecemeal as and when items become available. Not really good enough”

“Prior to purchasing online I was able to chat with a representative which was great. Plenty of choice and great value for money. The items ordered arrived on time and am happy with my purchases. Unfortunately one of the items arrived damage which appears to have been the fault of the courier and not Direct4Baby. Would recommend!”

“I had read quite mixed reviews on trust pilot regarding this site, however the price for what I bought was £50 cheaper than anywhere else I had seen so I went ahead and purchased. Ordered on Tuesday, received an email confirmation within 10 minutes and the parcel arrived today, just 3 days later. Very pleased with fast delivery and have no complaints whatsoever.”
