“Purchased my Classic Navy Oyster 3 Travel System as part of a Black Friday deal through Direct4Baby after months of research. Items were received the next day and am delighted with the value for money on this package which had everything I need for my little one. Especially impressed by the speedy responses to my emails with regards to fulfilment of the full description of my purchase, which was honoured without fuss by Direct4Baby. “It was very easy to order on line and the staff on the phone were very helpful before we placed the order. One problem with the order was that I didn't receive an order delivery note copy in my parcel and one of the items was out of stock and I had to phone up to check where it was, I still havn't received this item yet, so that's a little disappointing.”
