“After reading some of the negative reviews I was apprehensive ordering however I shouldn’t of worried. I placed an order for a egg pram bundle Friday evening. Received items this morning. Car seat adapters was missing, I received a courtesy call this evening to let me know they will be sent when back in stock next week. Very happy with the service I’ve received and won’t hesitate to order the other bits I need”

“the wall fitted/mounted baby gate was extremely easy to order, the gate arrived exactly as stated on my receipt ( 2 days/48 hours), the gate was easy to set up and a pleasure to use, it keeps baby safe and gives us piece of mind”

“I just want to say a huge thank you for my travel system. I recently ordered the Oyster 3 bundle. After having a nightmare with another company I found you with only 5 weeks to spare before my baby is due. I received my travel system within pretty much a day or ordering and I am so pleased with it and feel so much less stressed now. Customer service and communication couldn’t have been any better so thank you. I look forward to the pre-ordered carrycot I have made. Thank you so much again.”

“Amazing service! Ordered a travel system in June which was on pre-order to arrive at the end of July. I telephoned them to check what date it was likely to arrive to be told that it was delayed until the end of August. I was really worried as my daughter was already over her due date by a few days. They lovely lady on the phone discussed it with her manager and was able to arrange for it to be delivered the following week! She arranged for the car seat to be dispatched immediately so that at least we could get the baby home from hospital and actually the rest of the travel system arrived by the end of that week. So pleased! Would definitely use Direct 4 Baby in future. Thank you so much!”
