“I ordered a present for 4th birthday party. The toy arrived in perfect condition and in good time. I chose Direct 4 Baby as the batteries were included in the toy as opposed to other suppliers. I would recommend Direct 4 Baby and use again.”

“Very good customer service. I made a mistake on my order by ordering 2 of the same thing and a man rang me immediately to ask if that was correct which it wasn't. Then he refunded my account also refunded my delivery fee as it was 1 day late. I really recommend this company. Thank you xxx”

“After ordering my item unfortunately the one they had in the warehouse was damaged. I was contacted straight away with an apology as this was the last one they had in stock and straight away offered either a refund or a discount and express delivery on the item when back in stock. Excellent contact and service”
