“I ordered a Kiddy car seat and the colour I ordered was found to be damaged at the time of dispatch. Unfortunately, it was the last one in the colour I had ordered. But David was very quick to get touch and offered an alternative colour, on next day delivery, with a £20 refund for the inconvience. The customer service was excellent and I received the alternative coloured car seat the next day.”

“I have not received excellent customer service like this in a long time, it was outstanding! I live in Newcastle and couldn't get the pram I wanted in the area. A quick look on Internet and I found Direct For Baby. Spoke to David via phone and within 10 mins he phoned me back with a price, sent me an invoice, I paid via PayPal and he arranged a very quick delivery. The pram was at my house 2 days later!!!! Everything was perfect, but I asked if I could exchange an item for a different colour. He emailed me posted the new item and a return slip. I honestly was amazed! Very professional and customer focused! Thank you so much, I wish all retailers were as fantastic as you David!”
