“David and Lucy were extremely helpful when we ordered our pram and car seat. We had initially ordered a Cybex i Cloud Z and the iCandy Peach All Terrain, but due to Covid-19 the pram was not available due to supply issues. David was wonderful, responded quickly to our emails and offered alternatives without taking us over budget. We were able to choose a like for like alternative, including a 3 wheel configuration option. We were able to collect our pram and car seat just before lockdown from their shop. Lucy was very friendly and helpful at a time of worry and uncertainty. David again was fab at responding and chasing the suppliers for the 3 wheel configuration, which required the item to be sent at a later date, again due to supply delays linked to the pandemic. The wheel arrived when estimated (6/7 weeks later) and we were supplied with the tracking information so we knew when to expect it. We had a good experience buying with Direct 4 Baby Ltd and would highly recommend them in future. Thank you!!”

“Ordered a Silver Cross travel system for our daughter's baby. Very impressed with the service during ordering, easy to navigate the website & order. Prompt delivery despite the issues of Covid-19. I was contacted by the company prior to delivery to say they had upgraded the car seat as the one included in the travel system was out of stock. We didn't expect this - such a lovely gesture. Thank you - we will definitely order again from Direct4baby for future purchases. Highly recommend.”

“My fiancé and I ordered the 5 piece Inglesina bundle from Direct4baby on 22/03/20. We waited several weeks to receive our order but the customer service shown by Jay was truly outstanding. He kept in contact with us on a regular basis and kept us updated with the progress of our order until we received. We would definitely recommend ordering from Direct4baby.”
