“Very straightforyto place an order. However delivery could depend on impact of Covid lockdown and further if supplier in another country”

“The website was very easy to use and place my order, they kept in contact every step of the way, there was a problem with the car seat, they contacted me to say they would upgrade this with no extra cost and was delivered the next day. so would definitely recommend to friends and family. we bought the iCandy pram set, and were not disappointed, my Daughter love it, thanks again great Job.”

“Ordering was really quick and straightforward. I received a “despatched” email within 15 minutes of me placing my order - order placed late on Tuesday afternoon and I received it on Thursday morning before 10 am. I had to ring Customer Service before placing my order, and found them to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend and Direct4Baby will definitely be my first port of call for any future purchases. Thank you”

“Great the item came the next 48 hours the box was very well packaged no damage to been seen. Item was ad advertised & it was £40 cheaper than I seen in other places. Nuna leaf chair in grey. Thank you would recommend this to anyone thinking about ordering. The items people complain about must be preordered ones. No complaints here.”

“Dispatch was very fast much quicker than expected. Item packed in a good condition no faults spotted. Everything seems good so far. Will buy again the item was £40 cheaper than else where. Nuna Leaf seat in grey.”
