“Easy. Wide range of products and options/packages for a good price saving. My only criticism is that the messaging/chat function doesn't work well; it just takes too long. Overall though, the product is good and the price is good.”

“Easy to order and quick to arrive, however one of the items has been discontinued and I was sent a new version of it without being warned that would happen. I think more care has to be put on what is advertised as in stock and if there is a change, the customer needs to be aware before the order is dispatched and given a choice as to whether they want to proceed. It's what other websites do and makes it feel like a much better customer service and overall shopping experience.”
