“Very satisfied with website, purchase process and delivery. Happy with goods too. Parcel Force's service was also good with text updates to notify of dispatch and then on the delivery day with which hour. Keep it up!”

“I returned a jacket to the Edinburgh store and the staff there werent very helpful, but after calling customer services and speaking to Rebecca my problems were resolved quickly and efficently. Goods always arrive quickly and never had any problems here, i look forward to continue to buy from Direct Golf as i find them the best for quality and prices.”

“Ordered a putter and some gloves and all turned up in perfect condition. Only criticism (which I didn't mark down) was that I ordered before 4pm on a Sunday for a confirmed next day delivery but what the website didn't really make clear during the ordering process was that Sunday isn't counted as it is not a 'working day'. There was an asterisk against the 'Next Day Delivery Available' banner but no reference to what this meant. Please make it clearer.”

“After spending 850 this month and having to exchange a couple of items the lads at Walsall have been very helpful however I do think it would be better if I could pay of my purchases all in one go I agreed 9 months but I'm now gonna have to wait that long before buying ? However good service anyway”
