“Still have not received product after 7 days. Tracking system doesn't work, customer phone line doesn't work. No idea where product is or if even coming at all.”

“Products pretty standard. Delivery rather tardy. Nothing showing up on Hermes site after nearly a week. Product not yet arrived so cannot be sure if right products and quality.”

“1 of the items I ordered was not in stock, so I was given a date of which to expect the order, that date passed without the goods or any contact at all from direct golf to explain why. I did not hear anything until I contacted them, was then given expected new date.. and same thing happened again, date passed without goods or any contact from them...to be fair they have been useless. I don't mind the fact the goods are delayed/late it does happen, but the least to expect in this day and age is a e mail or text/call from them as soon as this date passes... funny how they don't forget to take the payment money from your account though”

“FootJoy Hydro Lite: I would never buy any other shoe than FootJoy, although the Hydro Lite is a first. Sure, they're light and generally up to the standard I would expect from FJ. Having only worn them once, disappointed that the heels rubbed but hopefully that will go with wear. Bit surprised to ask to write a Review when the shoes hadn't even arrived - and they didn't turn up for at least a couple more days.”

“with ordering items online i waited 10 days and did not receive the items so i rang up and they said they were sent back to them so i ordered them again and payed extra then i did online another week when by and i received an email saying they have received the items for return and yet i didn't not even received them. its been 3 weeks of waiting when i could of just ordered them from somewhere.”

“Ordered winter gloves and got a female pair instead of male. Sent an email enquiry to customer services and received no response. Guess I will have to pay the return postage and hope that they refund my full amount. Really disappointed with the service.”

“The biggest problem I had was stock levels. I wanted to use the Sept 20% offer and use my rewards 4 golf points before expiry, but my first 4-5 product choices were out of stock!! Not great having poor stock control.”
