“I had to return a pair of dryjoys as the left shoe was letting in after 4 months. The customer service was fantastic. No hassle, told how to return at no expense and received new shoes within 3 days of initial contact with direct golf. A lot of companies could learn from this quality of service. I have used Direct Golf before and will certainly do so again! Well done direct golf team for a first class service.”

“I have made two purchases so far from Direct Golf. as I write, i am waiting for the second item to be delivered. So far though, I have found them a first class company to deal with. Very prompt and good service. I feel sure the same will apply to my second purchase as to my first!”

“Placed order for items having seen advert for bank holiday discount. Having failed to apply appropriate code prior to payment , contacted Direct Golf to see if this could be applied retrospectively which was dealt with without question or argument. Most impressive customer service.”

“I wanted to purchase a selection of golf items as a present for my husband. I have very little knowledge about golf bags, wet weather wear etc., I used the help line and spoke to a golf pro who advised on various items and he also placed the order for me, ensuring next day delivery. Brilliant service. Now I just have to hope the items are what my husband wanted!! However the pro assured me that if there was a problem with any of the items they can easily be returned. Hopefully they will not have to be returned, but if they do then I feel very assured that the service will be just as good.”
