“I ordered a driver for my 6 year old son on Monday night and was with us on Wednesday morning .1st class service.one happy little boy.never had any problems with this company.”

“I am a very satisfied customer, both online and at their Peterborough and Cambridge stores. Without exception, the staff are knowledgeable helpful and friendly. The service in the stores is on the same level as I find in John Lewis. The aim appears to be, to exceed the customer's expectations. When I have bought online, all my purchases have been dispatched within 24 hours. One area for improvement; find a courier service that matches the Direct Golf level of service. Parcel Force is a long way behind and there are better couriers out there.”

“I ordered a Nike gilet, which I'm very pleased with. The postage was free (only for orders over £50 - I'd like to see this lowered though, as it would put me off ordering other stuff that costs less), and I received a £5 voucher off my next purchase. It arrived within 4 days, and fits really well.”

“I had misinterpreted an online offer and queried it via the online chat window. Once it was explained (and it wasn't devil in the detail gobbledygook), I was very pleasantly surprised when the direct golf sales person I was chatting to said "We can do you a deal anyway". One promptly delivered purchase later I'm a happy golfer.”
