“Quick delivery and hassle free so no complaints there. A little disappointed that I was told that although my price match was granted, a refund could not be applied to my order retrospectively. Still a little sceptical that I will be able to redeem a credit note that has been added to account that I have not created but fingers crossed. Overall a positive experience.”

“The service and all else was very good but part of my order was missing when the parcel arrived. On enquiries, Rebecca checked and got the rest of my order sent staight off to me. I was going to order a srixton glove but as I wasn't told the rest of my order was to be delivered I didn't get the chance to asl Rebecca to order it for me. However she was certainly efficient in what she had to do.”

“I bought a 7 fairway wood and it was a good price and delieverd very quickly, however when I unwrapped it, there was a sticker on it saying "Stiff" I never asked for a stiff shaft as I always have regular. I tried it out and found it was very accurate and long - even as long as my 5 wood! Also I did like its feel? and shape so I kept it.”

“Although I wanted a 10.5 degree loft on the driver, I have used the 9.5 today and it goes well. I haven't yet found the ideal setting but I am happy the way I hit the ball. Service was also good. Thank you.”

“This was close to being a one-star review but your Customer Services Supervisor saved the day. I ordered a golf shirt for my son's birthday which failed to arrive. I rang the store to be told that it was out of stock. Nobody had bothered to let me know either by phone or email. I re-ordered a similar shirt whilst on the phone. This also failed to turn up. I rang again. Yep, it was also out of stock. Yep, nobody bothered to let me know. I spoke to the Supervisor, a very nice, helpful lady. She offered me a more expensive shirt at no extra cost as way of compensation for the pretty awful service I had suffered. It arrived the next day. It has gone a long way in restoring my faith in DirectGolf so hence the four star rating, though that is purely for them eventually making good. Keep on top of your game boys, there's a lot of choice for customers out there.”
