“I ha my package delivered to nearest store who were supposed to contact me to let me know the package had arrived for collection. In the end I had to get in touch with the store who informed me that my telephone number wasn't put on the package so they were unable to ring me. Other than this I would have given a very good.”

“Good service this time around. Alternatives offered because part of original order was not available. One small gripe that minimum £50 order to get free postage perhaps up for review???”

“I've been out of luck size-wise with three pairs of Footjoys in recent months but on each occasion my return of said items was made easy by sympathetic Direct Golf staff. Good to know that people are on your side even when things go wrong.”

“I received a VIP magazine in the post,After reading it decided to buy a SLDR Driver for £169.00 ,The magazine said that if i quoted SLDR 50 would get an extra discount.W hen queried this was told that it did not apply to the driver it was only for the irons.I would have thought that even if the discount did not apply voucher should have stated this or the person taking the call shouild be able to have granted some sort of discount.But hey the Driver arrived the very next day and not 3 to 5 as qouted..”

“Very good service from Direct Golf with regard to ordering and despatch Not very pleased with ParcelForce as the package was damaged and I had to collect from our local post office. ParcelForce seem to think the customer should wait in all day for delivery with no indication when they might arrive. Also they say they tried to deliver but delivery was refused. We were definitely in at the time stated and no delivery was attempted!”

“Overall a quality service. Much impressed with the no quibble returns policy and prompt resolution of problem with a carry bag. However a little bit disappointed that they did not apply a £25 off voucher to a recent purchase. It took two follow -up 'phone calls to resolve.”

“No problem at all with the ordering and collection of my goods. One point I would make is that I found it a little strange to be charged a delivery fee when I was collecting the goods from a store myself (more so when I found that the balls were still at 'sale' price in store and could have got them cheaper by not ordering online and not paying delivery charge).”

“Service spot on. Being a high handicap player I just wanted some taylor made irons so bought these because of the price, I was a little disappointed when I noticed some at our local pro shop similar, new taylor made irons for £249 the day after I received them, this took the edge of a bit but other than that all good.”
