Found Direct Golf sales to be very helpful, sorted out what I needed. Only thing that let them down was parcel force's next day delivery that took 2 days!

I have ordered severall Golf items at Direct Golf. Very pleased on the quick repsonse and delivery. Certainly checking this site before purchasing any Golf equipment. Really satisfied on this service. LM de Booij Netherlands.

Ordering my watch was excellent and also delivered on time.(This morning 8.6.15) however I needed to speak to someone with regard to the operation of the watch but the 0800 No was not available and the e-mail I sent was returned. Pat Bolton

Sensible prices for good quality balls and jumpers. Only downside was it took a week to get to me by which time I had already gone on my golfing holiday!

The fact you have to pay for delivery is a bit of a rip off, and the courier service is shocking, although the goods and price you can't really argue

Trolley purchased , although not used yet is of good qulity & easy to assemble/dismantle. Disappointed that I did not receive the free cover advertised on the website for this product.

Very happy with my order of g20 irons but not very pleased that I was not able to purchase the ping g25 irons over the telephone with the offer of 15 percent , without visiting the Solihull site

A very good service and quick delivery, My only complaint is that the Email that I was sent regarding an out of stock item was not clear on which item was out of stock, I then had to contact you to find out what it was which was a waste of a phone call when it could have been resolved by one Email, when I spoke to your customer service advisor he gave excellent service, so overall I am pleased with your service and will continue to make further Purchases.

I like to use Direct Golf as it easy to use and has many items I want . however I cannot bring myself to buy Clubs because you cannot try before you buy

Very pleased with my purchases however parcel force who delivered my order very poor - email & text received early morning stating order would be delivered today waited in all day ,no communication until 4.40pm to say parcel will be delivered between 5.10pm & 6.10pm however it was delivered at 5.25 pm after waiting in all day ,surely they could inform wether it would be am or pm delivery -Mr M Mountain

I have used direct golf a few time now and everything is good apart from the delivery, I always pay for next day and it never arrives, next day

Direct Golf service was very good. Trolley that was ordered was as described and did arrive on day scheduled however carriers communication was poor. Parcel force tracking only advises that the item is out for delivery. In my case at 06:56 in the morning. No further advice - and it was only when I saw it had been delivered & signed for by "my next door neighbour" that I knew it had arrived at 12:18. Thankfully, my neighbour & I are friendly. My wife had been in the house at the time and as far as we were aware the bell had not been rung and certainly no card had been put through the letterbox advising of a missed delivery or that it had gone next door. Not impressed with the Parcelforce delivery mechanism! Lithium battery better than expected - much lighter and appears to have "bags" of unused power after 18 holes on a really long golf course

Good overall service to the Channel Islands and one of the first companies to remove the VAT at source. However DG still insist on delivering to the billing address (for obvious security reasons), however I feel that this should be changed once you have made a second order as it has been proved that you are the rightful customer. If like me you work during the day, I'm not at home to receive the delivery and thus it adds a few days to the delivery time by having to wait for it to be re-delivered.
