“Direct Golf staff took me through the whole sales process quickly and painlessly. However it was not explained that I could not have my items delivered to a work address when doing the finance application. Other than that I am very happy.”

“good quality at good prices hard to come by nowadays, fast delivery. Would have got 5 stars but recently bought fairway wood , only to find out one week later you can by the driver and get the fairway wood free, would have done this if I knew prior.”

“Very good service received from all individuals i have dealt with, namely Lisa and Matt in the CS team. The only disappointing thing was the out of stock items, but once they have become available the team have ensured they were sent asap i look forward to using DG again soon regards”

“There was a slight delay in the order but Direct Golf responded positively and quickly to any queries. Once the order was ready it was despatched and received within 24 hours.”

“Although a little disappointed, that items advertised on you website were in fact unavailable. I replaced with another. This was done very quickly by your customer service member. Delivery was prompt. The only comment I would suggest, is that surely you must know what you have available. So as not to advertise something you do not have.”

“Very prompt delivery and in perfect condition. I use Direct-Golf a lot and I trust them. Only complaint with this order is that these are adjustable clubs but no key was included in the delivery.”

“From order online to despatch seemed fine but txt messages from parcel force on delivery day wasn't received. I asked for it to be left at neighbours but wasn't received and so was taken to my "nearest "post office which wasn't my nearest causing inconvenience unfortunately,a little less satisfactory overall than my first experience unfortunately.”

“online delivery service and customer service is second to none, my only gripe is why a lot of Dguk list prices are higher than other retailers, they do price match but I don't want to call up for this, I just want the lowest price online so I can purchase there and then. Still one of the best online golf retailers though.”
