“Always found Direct Golf reliable, with a great range of products and prompt in delivery. HOWEVER, recently I ordered 2 Adams Ideal hybrids, (6 and 7 iron replacements). They were out of stock at the time of order, due to be in stock by May 25th (2015). By the end of May I still had not received my clubs. I 'phoned. As usual, excellent response from the Customer Service team. Clubs duly arrived, BUT I was sent TWO 7 irons! Perhaps I misunderstood, but I was asked to return 1 of the irons and that my 6 would arrive on Thursday June 4th when the 7 iron was returned The 7 iron was duly uplifted but no 6 iron was delivered. Not a major tragedy, but frustrating! I'll get my club eventually!”

“Service is all very good and the products are good value for money. I was taken in by the extra 15% offer, which if you read the small print does not apply to multibuys. Still good value though.”

“Overall impressed with prices and efficiency in terms of delivery. Not ideal having to call up call centre however when ordering online there was a glitch at payment screen meaning I had to call an adviser to process the order. The chap I spoke to was rather abrupt, verging on unpleasant however I got the product quickly and at a good price so I won't like the chap's attitude taint my view of the company.”
