“Delivery was made within a week of ordering which was pretty quick, however I had to chase for an update and it was only at that point was I advised that my order was on hold as one of the items was out of stock. It would have been nice if someone had contacted me to discuss ordering a replacement item in order to get the whole delivery released.”

“Description was good, item was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. Only downside is I couldnt do a 'click and collect' as my local store didnt have the item in store.”

“Good choice of goods, easy website to use. I did have to chase up delivery due to some goods not being where they should have been(?) After the chase up the goods were delivered very quickly and well packaged up.”

“Service was good, but the product supplied was rubbish!! I bought the 8 prong step tee and with one hit each one broke off!! I have previously used these type of tees, with a longer middle insert which has lasted round after round, but these ones which i hav that when I bought them they looked similar have only a short middle insert and they just broke off at the base!!”

“although the service was good I found that using direct golf vouchers on line cost me 2.99 delivery.as I had asked my family for vouchers for xmas and my birthday [January] both times it deducted the delivery costs of my orders even though both orders were £75+ therefore reducing the value of my first £10 voucher to £7.01.it doesn't really matter now as I have told my family not to get me vouchers any more mbutler14@sky.com”

“Order was delivered next day which was great as i never paid for premium delviery. The problem i had was a did a search for blue belts selected a druh belt but when received it was an infill buckle! I now need to go to a store and exchange. The issue i have is with the search results and i am aware i should have paid more attention.”
