“very good service and delivery only problem i have is with a bushnell golf watch which is between five and twenty yards out on my course,I contacted yourselves and bushnell but still have the problem.”

“Overall happy with the service but the delivery of the order could have been better coordinated. It was forecast that the delivery would be on the Monday but it was actually available the Thursday before but because no-one was home when tried to deliver it was actually delivered on the forecast date. A phone call to the number I had given would have meant someone could have been able to accept the delivery on the thursday.”

“Very quick delivery which was very nice. Asked through email how to send It back And got very quick response telling me how to do It. ( change from size M to size L) Anyway that took longer and finally they send me money back. Think It wasnt in the store? Saw only size XL on the site. Overall good, very good if they had my Nike golfdress ???? Regards from the Netherlands Reina”

“Can't fault the service from Dirct Golf's perspective. Ordered a new golf bag and and driver on Sunday evening, they arrived on Wednesday. The only thing I wasn't too happy with Parcel Force. I got a text at 11.40ish saying my items will be delivered between 11-12 on the same day. They provided options in the text to instruct the courier what to do if no one was in. I selected the option to deliver the next day. A few minutes later I got another text from Parcel Force saying they tried to deliver the items and have left them with a neighbour. They did say who the neighbour was but I didn't know them. I wouldn't mind it is was a £40 shirt but this was £300 worth of kit. I didnt this neighbour and unfortunately you can't trust everyone these days. It would have been better for Parcel Force to text me prior to the estimated delivery time frame. Nevertheless I got the items and my neighbour was trustworthy. As said I can't fault Direct Golf. Good prices and would use them again.”

“As I'm reviewing my latest online shopping experience its a good in this case. However when I do shop online here I am generally wasting my time if looking at clothing as the stock levels held and available are poor.”
