“Direct Golf is a good solid company, but very expensive. Even when a sale is on, the thirts and trousers and clubs etc are far cheaper at other outlets. I look at prices a lot as Itake a golf party abroad, and buy prizes 3 for each player, and I pick up items at less than 1/2 Direct Golf prices.”

“Good internet service although in store still a bit sloppy. prices could be a bit more competitive especially when compared against on line golf retailers but the occasional deep price promotions are prob.ably the best. One real grip, could do a lot better for lefties, lots of the clubs on offer are yesterdays models.”

“very disappointed with the delivery , poor service from UK Mail could not track it, arranged three time for delivery no show. eventually I lost interest so my daughter managed to get it delivered”

“I have found the prices and range of products excellent. The one thing, I find frustrating. Is that when you order online, you get an e mail stating it's been dispatched. It takes up to almost a week to arrive. But gripe over, I will still order online. But leave time for delivery,! Or go to a store.”

“It took a while to get dispatched as 1 product was being waited for to be in stock which I eventually cancelled. I did actually need the product but I just said send the other products anyway and cancel the out of stock product. Eventually goods got to me within 2 weeks a lot longer than I expected it to come.”
