“Service from Direct golf was as it should be, quick and quality delivery. Unfortunately my credit card company blocked my card due to my purchase with you. Explanation received is that they had numerous complaints and therefore they blocked out of prudency. Had to make several calls to explain that all went well and as such a blocking was not warranted. In-all the blockage was removed after more than 10 days :-(”

“Staff are very friendly and helpful. Delivery company let you down badley. They carded saying no one in!!! No time was on the card, but I was in 1hr either side of delivery time given. I nearly missed them again on the 2nd attempt as they were over 1hr earlier than advised time. As I said staff on the phone are a credit to the company, delivery company useless. Delivery may affect my ordering again.”

“Direct Golf is my first stop when I need golf gear as they have all the latest at the best prices. Whether on line or in my local store the service is always excellent with prompt delivery and expert advice. The fact that I can return goods bought on line to my local store gives me confidence that if anything doesn't meet my exact requirements I don't have the bother of a repackaging and posting. The store staff have helped with club choices and have undertaken an MOT changing the lies on some of my irons. They have also regripped all my clubs and suggested changing to a super stroke grip on my putter. When I've had to return goods there has never been any problem with a replacement or refund. I only wish my local store had more of a woman's range so my wife would spend more time in the store as well.”
