. The advisor gave great customer service, being friendly and welcoming throughout the whole call. . When I asked alot of questions she had all the answers needed and gave them with a patient and friendly manner. . I've experienced bad customer service where you can tell the person doesn't want to be on the call by their tone of voice; however, this was such a wonderful experience to get such an amazing level of customer service that I do hope the advisor gets commended for her actions as it led to a call that I normally find quite a tedious nervous task to being quite a relaxed one.

Told them that I had a much better quote for renewal, but they didn't even want to discuss any possibility of matching it, let alone beating it!

They volunteered to offer me a refund on my policy due to a reduction in my mileage as a result of covid.

They have been fantastic to deal with for car insurance claims. Efficient and no-fuss. However insurance premiums are relatively pricey.

I rang to cancel a policy. It was easy to navigate my way round the phone options, select the right one, get through with ease to a person who carried out my request efficiently.

Got a renewal letter and was quoted a huge amount, which was almost halved when I looked elsewhere. When I raised the issue to see if I'd be offered anything better, my renewal was simply canceled without question. Thought they might have tried a little harder to retain my business.

Comprehensive cover and well trained call centre staff. However, premiums quoted are out of line with the market.

I’ve been a loyal customer for 4 years now. They couldn’t price match another car insurance company because of £40! I was shocked & left to join another company

Direct line are no longer competitive on price. Been with them for 3 years with no claims and could not offer an annual Car insurance renewal quote better than £500. Switched to Admiral via confused.com and saved £250!

After only one year and with a further addition to my ncb, they wanted to increase my premium from £404 to £550,so i looked elsewhere.
