Order placed Feb 16th, it's now March 3rd. Been told by customer services reps that I have to wait 21 days before they will even attempt to provide a refund. I'll be calling my bank and disputing the charges. They need to be shut down. Thieves.

I never write reviews, much less go out of my way to find a place to write one. I placed my order on January 31st and three weeks later found out that someone from a shipping company that I had never heard of, and could not find any contact information about attempted delivery on February 21st at 7PM, which was a holiday and there were five people in the house, it is beyond me how none of us heard the doorbell. The second and last delivery attempt was three days later, and according to the tracker, it was delivered. My seventeen year old daughter was home and she wasn't old enough to sign so he left with the package in spite of listing it as delivered. When I contacted direct vapor, they refused to give me my money back until they contacted the carrier, which took five days. Don't order from direct vapor unless you want to wait a month to get nothing except angry.

They delivered the wrong items. I showed the the package slip, pictures of the product, and the receipt. They went back and forth saying they didn't receive the attachments in its many forms. They wear you down rather than try and do the right thing. This company appears to be in trouble. Stay away.

11 days since I ordered and still no tracking information. I’m not even sure it’s shipped yet. Customer service is terrible. Don’t waste your time or money. With shipping and signing fees you might as well go to local smoke shop, it’s the same cost and at least with smoke shop you actually get the products.

Order placed with them February 2, there is still no delivery day available on my order. According to my shipping information the order wasn’t packed until the 12th and picked up by the shipper until February 14. That is 12 days just to pack six vapes in. Last time using this company As this is my third attempt to order with them. Order stated 3 to 8 business days which is not the case.

Horrible company. I'm still waiting on my vape after ordering it 1/17 it's now 2/17 and I'm having to please the delivery driver in receiving it because he doesn't feel like delivering it at my time because it doesn't work for him. He wants to do all his deliveries a certain way to get home faster. That's more important then delivering the package. Customer Service garbage they give you copy and paste answers. Oh yea also I have to plead with the delivery service because he's not responding because he didn't like my times. This company is horrible do not buy from the place is my best advice.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered at the beginning of December 2021. I just received my order yesterday. I’ll never order from here again. Avoid buying anything from this company.

Ordered 1-14, it’s 2-6- still not shipped and no way to contact - hate to call any company crooks, but if the shoe fits??? Next step is filing for reimbursement through CC company.

Placed my order on Jan 20, 2022…Paid for shipping 3-5 “business days” it’s now Feb 3, 2022…nothing…I’ve tried to contact them….customer service is a joke…you’re redirected…I’ve tried tracking my order…apparently it’s only been picked up by a hub….where the hub is…I guess I’ll never know…just a hub… so I guess I’m out of $60.00 and direct vapor is doing great!

SCAM!! I received broken item. After days of messaging back and forth, they "agreed" to accept return. I did exactly what they said, even payed shipping back out of pocket, My return tracking number showed it had arrived, but I waited weeks with no response, so I kept messaging ,and trying to call them, weeks after THAT, with no response or signs of life. It has now been over a year or trying to contact them, but absolutely zero progress or signs of life. It looks like they gave strict orders to ignore me after I sent the item back. This website is bad, buyer's beware.

Placed my order on January 1st, today is January 21st and I still haven't received it. No way to track package at "5 STRING SOLUTIONS " or contact them by phone. I've purchased from "Direct Vapor" previously and was happy. Don't know exactly what's going on, but wish someone would help fix whatever it is. As I see I'm not the only person with this situation. Hopefully they will get back to me soon.

Place my order on the 26 of December, Paid for 8-10 day shipping, My order has apparently had 30 labels created for it, it's arrived at the hub 23 times, It's been out for delivery since the 16th. This company may seem legit but don't trust them. They are using the zero-day notice that USPS issued on October 20th as their reason for the delays, which is false, their choice of delivery company is what is causing the delays. They chose to cheap out and not go with a reputable delivery company. Both FedEx and UPS have not issued any notices about the shipment of vape products, But they chose to use 5 string solutions. When looking into 5 string solutions their website doesn't load, their phone is out of service, and there seems to be no other way to contact them. This company needs to stop being cheap and go with a reputable delivery company,

I made a $150 order on January 6th. Four days later, I finally received an email saying they packed my order and it was shipped. It’s now the 20th and the “tracking” site still says it’s at a hub where it supposedly hasn’t moved in 10 days. I have made several customer service tickets in which NONE have been replied to. I understand delivery may be difficult due to the PACT Act, but they need to be open about the fact that shipments won’t be delivered in their 3-8 day window as stated in their website. Extremely disappointed and even more angry that I’ve wasted my money. I feel like I’ve been robbed.

Their shipping is completely ridiculous since the pact act. They use completely unreliable and untraceable third party shipping. You cannot cancel an order once it is processed either. Once they pack your order and send it to whatever shipping company they use for your order it’s “out of their hands”. You then have to wait an undetermined amount of time until your order arrives, if it ever does. It’s been two months for me and still nothing. Since you can’t cancel orders this website is clearly a scam! Do not use!

I ordered on 5th. as of today 22nd .still hasn't made it to hub...these was a Christmas gift..they stated on there site.3 to 8 business days and would be here by the 13th. still hasn't made it to hub..I can get ahold of a human to ask about it..put in many many tickets as they call them...with no response at all..I would never buy from this site..don't waste your money..it's a gamble if you get what you ordered..I lost 100.00

Horrid customer service 30+ days and order never arrived. Tracking don't work and everytime you call in they take forever to get back to you. When you finally get a hold of someone they tell you to wait longer. Called today call services are no longer a thing. Everything now is by service ticket. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time
