This is a scam. They keep saying they tried to deliver. But don't leave nothing on my door. And delivery time always changing . They never tried to deliver. The company can't give me any info . Am just done with this company

They are scammers. Maybe they did not trick everyone but surely many people. Ordered month and a half ago and still haven't received my product. I contacted them numerous times, they are just spinning the same answer "Please allow such and such business days for delivery". Thieves.

I have been waiting 28 days for an order that should have taken 15 days at the very worst. I have NO way to contact this company. I have ordered from other vape companies since the changes to shipping and not had such ridiculous delays. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from this company and had the same problem both times.

The worst experience I've ever had online. It's been 3 weeks since I've put my order and they've just been giving me excuses. Their tracking doesn't work, customer service is useless they always talk about this mysterious "MANAGEMENT TEAM" that will supposedly reach out to me, but after 5 calls they never did. This company is a mess, stay away from them.

Ordered and paid for my order on 7/28 and have received nothing but excuses by 9/11. Save your money and your patience!

This is a scam. For the first week I kept getting a message of label created. Then 4 days at a hub. Interestingly, today it arrived at the hub at 2:59 PM, it is 11:07 AM. I will be joining others in a class action lawsuit. Straight up scam. Never received the order.

Worst company ever!!! Same as everyone else, I ordered my products on 6/6/22, still no delivery and no refund. After a minimum of 7 emails and luckily one phone call I keep getting the same runaround. Referred to management, escalated, investigation, blah, blah, blah. It's a joke! My recommendation to anyone having issues is to submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I wish I'd looked at those reviews before placing my order. NEVER. AGAIN.

I have read countless review from different sites all saying the same thing. Order not received, shipping company not contactable. Customer service doesn’t give a s***. The thing is their products and prices are really good but they are not good if you never receive them and just told to wait. It’s been a month now and no one knows where my $90 order is. Stay away!

I have never received such awful things in my life as from Direct vapor. It takes weeks if not months to receive your order. Please read reviews before ordering anything. There are people who are taking legal action against them

I won't EVER buy anything from this so called business again. I ordered my stuff July 1st it was shipped July 3rd. Can't get any info on when it will be delivered and today is the 18th. Please read reviews on any place before ordering anything. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE

Today my sister tried to order a voo poo drag s for $34.50, after submitting all of her information and clicking checkout the total doubled to over $64.00. How does that happen. I don't like sites that rip people off. If there was a way to give them minus stars i would.

What is up with 5 string delivery service? Tracking shows my order was received at the local state "hub" 7 days ago but no further information as out for delivery, etc. Spoke to customer service representative by phone and he said I should receive this week and if not call back again. He had no idea what carrier was handling delivery. 5 string phone is out of service. I will never use Direct Vapor again and will be disputing charges with my credit card company this week. There is a company I have used and never had a problem is Vapor Authority in California. They just were out of stock of product I wanted so ended up unfortunately with Direct Vapor&$*

I ordered from this company because it said 3 to 8 business days for arrival well the tracking showed nothing for two almost 3 weeks and then all of a sudden the tracking said no answer and then two hours later it said delivered and then a few days later the tracking said no answer again when according to the cameras I have at my house no delivery attempt was made so the shipping company falsified the tracking information and I have not gotten my item nor a refund from this company this company is a scam! You are forced to pay extra for signature delivery when nobody actually attempts the delivery! Oh and don’t bother leaving a negative review on their website because they delete them!

They took 4 business days to create shipping label. That was 12 days ago and it still says "just shipped" which is before "arrived at hub". Since im addicted to nicotine I have wasted another $20 on shitty pods, spent $13 on the first pack of cigarettes I've bought in several years, and yes, they hurt my lungs, then I spent $20 on a disposable vape to quit that. The whole problem is that they lied about shipping time. They claim 3-8 days on the website, and its not until after you purchase does it say business days. Well its been over 8 business days since the package left, which included multiple holidays. If I knew this I would have either payed the jackasses for expedited shipping or used a different website! I have been really inconvenienced. Do not reccomend. My theory is in the 4 days before they ship your package, they order your order from the suppliers. That is why some people do not have to wait, if they dont have to order from the suppliers. Even if I get it tomorrow on Business day 12 I will still be unhappy.

A month later and I still haven’t received my order and no response to me asking for a refund. They say they can’t mail stuff with regular carriers but sense I ordered a vape from them I ordered one from a different company, GOT IT, then ordered another one, GOT IT. Still nothing from directvapor. And those two vapes came via usps…. So wtf?? Waste of money and waste of time making sure someone was home all day waiting to sign for it.

Avoid this company at all costs. Bought the max tank-14 days later I got a notification it was delivered but I never received. Then submitted a ticket with the HelpDesk and haven’t heard from them in over a week. I’ve called twice to get a refund but they refuse until results of the deliver investigation are complete which they told me could take 3 weeks. It’s been over a month and still no MaxTank or refund. Take your business elsewhere.
