I had ordered from Direct vapor for a very long time, never again. When shipping rules changed and they were not able to handle the changes the company stole money from customers. Let me explain…they allowed customers to place orders they had no way of shipping, then sent emails everyday starting items ship but we’re never able to provide tracking. The policy is you may request a refund 21 days after last update shipping information, however they send that update everyday but never actually send out the product. It’s terrible this use to be a great reliable company that now just steals money

They were my go to vape supply store for years on end and they were absolutely fantastic. Recently though however things seem to have changed. I understand that the laws have changed and shipping vape supplies is no long easy. But it's been more than a month now and now they don't even reply to my emails. It's like a bad breakup to end this way but I loved them. But it looks like that stage is over. Now I gave them 100 dollars and get nothing in return.

support is bad, email support especially delivery took more than 3 weeks, was damaged on its way, and sent back. No one contacted me about it, they just marked it as delivered.

1 star is 100 too many. Order took 4 days just to pack…I sent 6 emails to them for support, all went unanswered. Phone hold times exceed 45 minutes, I’ve called 7 times. Order tracking is incorrect and no one can tell me where my order is. Customer service supervisor, Tracy, was horrendous…rude, interrupted, did not listen, raised her voice at me and made excuses for shipping and how backed up they are in her department. No surprise, considering how horrible this place has been to work with. Do not waste your money with these thieves.

Horrible experience. Delivery was supposed to be 3-8 days and it has been nearly a month. My order just sits in a local facility in my town gathering dust and the delivery date just keeps getting pushed forward but I’m not allowed to pick up? You should not have debited my credit card on receipt of order, but when order is received! Refund has been repeatedly requested with no acknowledgement.

Buyer beware! Negative reviews are spot on. Wish I had seen them before ordering from this scam company. Placed an order on October 31st, my shipment tracking says ‘delivered in Nov 18’. It’s now Dec 3, and still no package in sight. Useless customer service, they basically steal your money.

Made a purchase 5 days ago, paid for 3 to 6 day shipping. The carrier still has no information whatsoever about the package, as if they haven't received it yet. I need to know when the package will come so I can make sure I am here to sign for it. I also signed up for an introductory 15% discount and free shipping. I was given the discount but I was still charged for the shipping, plus the 6 dollar adult signature fee. You can't charge for shipping then completely ignore the delivery window you sold me. I wish I read reviews first, I would have purchased from a different site. At this point I don't even know if I'll get the products I ordered based on seeing all the other negative reviews.

0 STARS - All the negative reviews here are dead on. I placed a $302 order with the promise of 3 to 6 biz days delivery. Package got delayed in Chicago, and on biz day 9, normal day 12 without my delivery I called customer service and after holding for 40 minutes, some woman answered and was so rude, sarcastic and totally psycho. She refused to refund and told me I had to wait another 3 to 6 biz days as she escalated this to management who has to investigate where this package is, she told me it's not their problem, and no refunds will be given until they get the package back, when that could happen she has no clue. HORRIBLE experience, I hung up on her because she was literally screaming at me as I tried to tell her that this was unacceptable. I put a dispute with my CC, as I will never allow them to have a penny of my money, and they can keep their package.

Buyer beware. Direct vapor will not refund your money for leaks. They offered me a $10 gift card that you can’t use without paying more money for a product that is defectively designed. I wasted $70.

If I could I would give a lower review then I did. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND OFFENSIVE. NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Stay away. You will be disappointed!

Worst place ever order 70 dollars worth of stuff and i got the your order contains batteries and i needed to wait an additional 20 business days for my order to be refunded or reshipped??? I called Ashley Magnus who is supposed to be a manager and when i asked for my order to be canceled she said no and hung up on me. WTF.... Worst ever

i placed my order with priority shipping. the tracking info says a shipping label was printed, but it has not been delivered to the shipper. when and if i receive my order, this will be the last time i order from them

I never had a problem until May 13th. I never received my order. I contacted them 3 times and no response. I did get a call after a link was sent to review the product and I gave a bad review. I was informed I would receive the product on June 4th, 2021, I never received it. Also no notes left that they attempted a delivery.

I randomly pick this company and ordered a Geek Vape unit with 2 flavors. Then a week later ordered flavor with coils. My friend ordered flavor x2 from them. They sent my friend the wrong flavor. 2 weeks later sent me the wrong coils. The customer support I had to hunt for the support number but that wasnt such a big deal. They offered me this: Money back or replace the coils. My thoughts: When you start off on the wrong foot not once but twice its best to move on I asked for my money back!

Don’t buy from this company. Received vape on wed turned it on the tank had a leak I called them to replace tank, they told me the tank is not under warranty & can’t replace tank. Lost all the money I paid. What a shame.

Cost $30 for a $12 item, it didn't work when I received it, they said I have to ship it back at MY EXPENSE, was notified they received it over a week ago, haven't heard a word back, so now I'm in for $40 and do not have a damn thing. Do NOT fall for this shady business.

So far it's been 7 days since I placed the order and have not received an email stating that it's shipped yet. Customer service section of their website no longer works. $30 gone.
