Direct Vapor hides fees and charges your card after you submit your order. I could’ve drove 2 minutes away for the same price vapes. Ohh yeah, their “Customer Service” link doesn’t work…

Direct vapor is unreliable! They use unknown shipping carriers and when your order is lost they will not refund you. I will never order from them again! DO NOT ORDER FROM DIRECTVAPOR!

Whatever delivery company they use has had the order for two weeks and still has not delivered it. We are in Arizona. We had to call and find out how to track the order because the order link was not working. Directvapor said they will wait 14 business days and then send another order. Will not order from this company anymore.

Upon receiving my order thy sent the wrong product. I called customer service and the service person did not understand or know anything about the product I was referring to. She said she needed to talk to a specialist. Then I was told to take a photo of what product i received and email it to them. At that time they would discern if i did receive the wrong product and rectify it if i was sent the wrong product. Two days later I have not received a response and upon telephoning them again i was told to be patient because it takes time for them to review emails. I am upset! Poor customer service! Poor Service period!!!

I ordered $108 stuff from directvapor. It has been more than 10 days I haven't received my order. I submitted few complaints with them and still no reply. Looks like I lost my money. I will never order it again Order #2801885830

13 dollars to ship a 30 dollar order USPS. I hope these thieves choke on it and die.

It's been over two weeks since placing my order, and USPS still has not received the package. I contacted DV customer service and they told me its already been sent, but USPS is holding the package for security reasons (because it contains batteries.) I have emailed them several times and they never answer my question as to my other items that were included in the sale. Seems they pull whatever answer out of the air. They tell me my order ($57) was cancelled and they refunded the order for 14.16 (which was the cost of 1 out of the 4 items on the order)then in another email they tell me it is held up at USPS because of batteries. USPS shows my order as “a label had been created” the day I placed order and since hasn’t moved. Think I will report to the BBB as fraudulent company. AND NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. SAT ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR and then next call was on hold for 20 mins. Left my number to call me back on recording over 2 hours ago and still no call from an “available agent “. No way they are that busy

Horrible, my wife just ordered from here. And same day this transaction is pending, we get 4 other transactions pending from Lyft. Direct Vapor As well as Lyft says merchant put in card number themselves its shows this on bank records online. I’m glad our bank will reverse charges. No other transactions recently were done from my wife during same day. We use my cards mostly for anything and we never use lyft or uber for anything. Do not buy unless you want them to scam your card with fraudulent charges. Hopefully they get shut down. Oh by the way They have a F grade from better business bureau.

Please I need my money back I'm not interested in your package I have no more cash to spent You all are bunch of scammers I just place an order with (ganja-estates.com) and its was successful and I got exactly what I order I prefer spending my whole cash with them I recommend (ganja-estates.com) for their loyalty and trust thanks

Paid for overnight shipping, was lied to by the company about it being shipped. Ups stated they have not received the package. Called company again and they said would have to wait 20 days to receive a refund.

misleading advertisement for the website! don't buy from them! they mention they have 15 days return policy, but it doesn't include any starter kit and vapes!!! I assume it only includes E_liquids!!! they don't mention they have terms and conditions when you click on "15 DAY RETURN POLICY"!!!! I guess it is hidden somewhere on the website so when you complain they can say oh, we have it!! I bought an item and I wanted to return it, they said I don't qualify for returns!! such a scam! I am very mad at them. not gonna buy any single thing from them.

Buyer Beware!! Do NOT use this company. If you move to a new address, you are completely unable to remove your old address from your profile. Further, you must manually select your new address every time you order. Since this is difficult to remember sometimes, you may inadvertently send your product to your old address. And Direct Vapor will do NOTHING to help you. They will keep your money and do nothing. This has happened to me twice. The first time it happened, I caught my mistake, but try to reach this company to let them know - almost impossible. They don't even have a working phone number on their website with which to call them. How ridiculous! How can any company conduct legitimate business without a working phone number published on their website for customers to call them?!? After frantically emailing them, they finally replied, but it was nerve racking. This last time I ordered from them, I never caught the address thing, my old address that I cannot seem to remove from their database. So, they shipped $55 worth of product to my old address. I have no way of getting it now. And Direct Vapor will not do anything! Losers. I will NEVER use this company again. There are MANY other vendors out there who offer THE EXACT SAME product with THE EXACT SAME delivery methods and the other companies actually have BETTER websites with BETTER access to them as well. I IMPLORE YOU, if you are considering doing business with Direct Vapor, know that EVERY SINGLE transaction you conduct with them is SOLELY at your risk. They will not help you should you encounter ANY problems. DO NOT USE DIRECT VAPOR! Bad corporation. Not ethically conducting business in my opinion.

id give them less then 1 star if i could. I ordered from them expecting my package that could fit inside a envelope that they charged me a extra 10dollars for, for 2 business day shipping. Wells its been 3 business days and it hasnt even shipped yet. Corona virus isnt a excuse if your still accepting my money for a specific service you are not providing me with.

terrible shipping times. i payed 10 dollars to ship a item you could fit in a envelope with 2 day shipping. It has already been 3 business days + the weekend and its not even shipped. When i finally called them their automated voice just blames it on the coronavirus. Sure wish they would of said 3-7 business days before we ship your order BEFORE i ordered it. Not 5 days after while im calling to figure out what is wrong with my order.

Like many of you, I wish I'd found these reviews before I ordered. I paid for priority shipping and it took 11 days to get some batteries. When I contacted them they rationalized, contradicting their own order info. This is the first negative review I've ever written for anything. Just a terrible company.

I ordered a vap mod and battery with express shipping 2-4 days on 1/8/2020. As of today the tracking # they provided states the label created it is “Pre-Shipment USPS is awaiting the item”. I contacted the customer service # which Is impossible to actually speak to a person. I was on hold “due to high call volume” for over 1 hour. I finally reached out to the email customer service center which was both more than automated responses. They insist the USPS has this package so I spent another 45 minutes on the phone with USPS in fact that tracking # USPS has no record of, other than a label has been created. So I can only assume I have been scammed out of money from this company. Since it’s been over the 2-4 days past my express shipping that I paid for. This company if they were legitimate would have offered to refund the shipping costs when I contacted them ,yet they did not only offered excuses and blamed USPS for “not scanning the tracking #. Since I have ordered another mod & battery (exactly the same item) and it has shipped and will be in my mail box Friday. Stay away from this company. They are scamming people out of hard earned money. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and with my credit card company as well.

Ordered from this company with a brand new debit card never used for anything else and a week later fraudulent $1700 transaction appeared on my account. This company's a joke. Disgusting. Use at your own risk.
