“I had placed my order a bit too close to my deadline for a show. I called and asked about rushing the order and while I did pay to have it overnighted it was on-time and the quality is outstanding. very kind folks there and appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile for r a repeat customer. Grateful!”

“I was looking for canisters to use for an upcoming raffle fundraiser for my school. I researched and found these. The price was great. They shipped quickly, and I was pleased with the product. “12" Wood frame for desk or wall was a great price and did the job to hang my new diploma. It did the job and I'm happy, the only negative I can think of is the wood is a little rough and could give splinters if you are not careful but with it on the wall it is not a problem.”

“These sign stands are exactly what I was looking for. They are sturdy and can be adjusted based on the heighth you want. The sign can be displayed vertically or horizontally. The only drawback is that the frame for the sign is plastic. Once you put it in the stand, it is difficult to take it out. I n case you want to change the direction of the sign.”

“The stand seems to be sturdy, and is reasonably attractive, but the hardware was confusing (packaged screws, etc. not marked with numbers corresponding to assembly instructions). The pictures of the assembly process did not give enough detail to clearly show which way certain pieces fit together. Also, we never found any screws to fit the holes to attach the shelf brackets. We identified the ones we thought should fit, but they could not be started. Maybe the holes were tapped before the finish was applied, but it is frustrating that we are going to find some to retap them in order to finish the assembly. Customer service at this company is sterling! They have worked with me to overcome the problems I identified and have provided a small rebate to cover our time and trouble. I would definitely recommend their products in the future.”

“Placed an order, confirmation said it would ship the next day. Order shipped the next day. 4 days later, on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend, i received an email saying that one of the 3 items was out of stock. The items were for a trade show that started Tuesday. Now at the 11th hour I had to find replacements (thank god for amazon). I told the agent to cancel the out of stock items. He chose to cancel the whole order and contact FedEx to NOT deliver the balance of the order. So waiting in the trade show booth for the item to be delivered, I tracked it to see it was being returned to shipper. I contacted the agent again, he said he could ship out the items that were being returned, overnight. The next day, one of the 2 remaining items was delivered. Still no sign of the 3rd item, and no response from the company. I will be disputing any charges with my credit card company.”

“I ordered 2 sets of display stand.. the 1st one looked okay. So we dis not open the 2nd one right away until this morning. Which is 2 months already after the purchase. Saw the display holder with big chipped off paint :( no way to repair it or cover it. And i cant return the item since its been 2 months. I took pictures of it while we were unboxing it.”

“Ordered some lighted acrylic displays stands. The mounting bracket that is sent has a hole that is too small to fit the end of the cord through so I have to go to a fabrication shop and have it drilled out to make bigger. Fortunately I am in an area that I can get that done, but if theses were sent to a trade show out of town, these would be unusable.”
