“2 people tried for two hours to install one poster in one frame. The “side” strips are so tight they literally could not slide on without shifting the frame and the poster. Even ripped a poster.Ended up just stopping and sending the posters to a framing shop. Not a good fit or set up for installation.”

“Service was quick and efficient! Greatly enjoyed the 7 banner display! It couldn't of came out better. Only advice is to give a gold stanchion option for the larger banner displays! Will use again!”

“The instructions are poor. The instructions are inside the frame and difficult to read. I could not get the frame apart even after unscrewing it. So now it's just sitting there unusable.”

“The items we ordered came damaged, so I called and reported the damage. We were sent new items, which also arrived damaged. I called again and was seeking a refund. I was persuaded to welcome a third shipment and the product finally arrive undamaged. We are pleased with the product and service, just not that it took 3 times to receive undamaged goods.”
