“I found this company online and knew nothing about them before placing my order. I was hesitant about placing the order but went through with it and couldn’t be happier with the service. They made sure to contact me to make sure the order was correctly placed before making the table. They were very good about letting you know when it would be shipped and sent the tracking info so you knew exactly when it would arrive. This was a very easy process. -Thanks”

“Your product that we ordered, presidential black podium, arrived damaged in multiple places. We took pictures and sent them to you, and have not heard back. Horrible response for unusable merchandise.”

“I ordered something. Was wrong item. Sent back with label they sent. They deduct shipping out of my refund. Package was not heavy but was almost $20.00 to return. No free return shipment but my refund was refunded fairly quickly.”

“I loved the concept, but the product I received had major issues. The most important was that the wires inside the metal section of the pulpit had been severed during shipping. They had to be repaired because we had planed to use the new pulpit for Easter, and I did not want to waste time trying to get it replaced. Beyond that it had multiple large scuffs, spots of thin paint, spots where paint at flaked off, a spot where a marker had been clearly been used to cover missing paint, the drawer barely worked, and the pictures online did not make it clear how nearly non existent the lip of the lower part of the pulpit was nor the severity of the angle, items wanted to slid right off! The Brackets to connect the upper part of the pulpit to the metal part were also warped and didn't not match the screw holes and had to be hammered to straighten them out. We were able to make repairs and have our new pulpit for Easter, but we shouldn't have had to, especially for the price !”

“Received as promised. It is very clean and modern looking. That being said very thin and fragile. It arrived with one main shelf cracked, choose to tape with clear tape and use. Didn't want to re-box and return and wait for new one. Felt that the next one could arrived cracked as well. In Hine site I would have spent more money to buy a stronger product.”

“Great flag pole. Very sturdy and love the telescoping feature. Couple of draw backs. First you get a free US flag for Canada. I get it, made in the US and distributed here but they could replace it. Second, their shipping prices are crazy. I added the little light for the top of the pole which was around $55. They added $50 in shipping for an item that weighs less than 1/2 a pound. Would of given 5 stars except for the shipping.”

“Usually, the products we get are good quality. This wooden box, however, came apart in shipping. Screws were at the bottom of the box, and not even the proper size. Our Maintenance person basically had to get his own screws and fix it properly. I did not take a picture. The box itself is fine. It's the cheap hardware to connect the lid to the base.”

“I purchased a wall mounted display case, which seems to be of good quality. The mounting kit even came with a stubby screwdriver. The one downside was that there was a 1" piece adhesive tape on the top of acrylic, which was difficult to remove and still has some residue. Fortunately, the spot is not obvious because the case is mounted with the bottom at about eye level. Where it not for this minor defect, I would have given five stars.”

“Displays 2 Go went above and beyond for me. I had an issue with the rack that I ordered and when I called for help, they stepped right up to the plate. The service was not only kind and understand but helpful and attentive. They listened...which is can be hard to find in a company these days. I didn't have to jump through hoops for assistance nor did I have to deal with many people in order to solve my problem. As I told the gal who took my call..."This was not the conversion I expected to have." What a nice change! Customer service that did just that! The rack I ordered was exactly what I needed, is very good quality and was delivered quickly. They will be my go to place next time I need another rack. Thank you, Lisa :)”

“I bought a lock box with a letter size opening. It looks great and is what it said it would be. The first time I opened it a little piece of wood on the back came off. Also the hinges moved around a lot. I was concerned that the screws in the back would pop out. A friend tightened it. It seems good now.”

“the TV is not at the same angle as the floor plate. The tubes are skewed as they go up. Its usable, but considering how expensive this thing was, its a disappointment. Also too big and heavy to send back, although I would if it were easier.”

“Really impressed that the order was sent out on the same day I purchased it and arrived in 2 days. The display units are well-made but light enough to be easily carried around and set-up. The price was good, but made better because they were on sale. Sales staff was very helpful!”
