“I can't find my original review to comment, but I gave a low rating because of the cost to return my order. The order was around $100 (before shipping) and the initial shipping charges were $25. The size of the boxes we ordered ended up being an issue, so I reached out to customer service to start the return process. They were prompt and helpful. However, they don't refund the initial shipping charge and we were charged an additional $15 (for FedEx) to send it back. So, the original order was around $130 all together and my credit card was refunded $88 and some change. I received an email to leave a review, so I did, letting them know the cost for returning seemed like a lot. Susanne from Customer Service reached out and offered to refund the $15 FedEx fee, which I appreciated.”

“I got the glass display cases with wooden bottoms, in two sizes. I get more complimentary comments about the display cases than the items I am displaying!”

“I purchased four small portable lights for $153 and they didn't work for me, the lighting was too low They were very helpful in the process of helping me return the items and refunded my payment 100%”

“I would have given this review a 5 star rating if the magnets were stronger, but for what I put inside the frame the magnets did not hold strong enough. However, it did hold a normal size paper fine, what i put inside was an envelope thickness and thus the magnets did not hold it strong enough to keep the case/frame together.”

“Had to have the equipment replaced twice just so I could assemble it because the screwholes were not aligned and the charging ports did not work. To be fair, they did replace the items for free. Still a hassle, though. For the price, I expected better.”
