“I had purchased this instead of one that cost the same from another company but the other companies shipping cost was extremely high. I had to re-nail all but one of the shelves and three of the supports. Pay the higher shipping cost and get a much better quality one.”

“I have never seen a company that could beat the service that I received from Displays 2go. I ordered 4 display cases for a flag, metals, and picture frame. Even though the boxes had handle with care on them, they were delivered with a hole and dented in boxes. Two of the boxes had broken parts of picture frames, and scratches and two were not damaged. I called customer service and talked to a very nice lady and she asked me if I could send a picture of the boxes and the damaged parts. I told her I didn't know how to do that but the cases were really heavy so could I just sent in the broken parts. She said that was not necessary as they just wanted pictures to go in the file. She said she would talk to other team members and get back with me. I just expected her to tell me that 2 picture frames were on the way. I couldn't believe what I was hearing because she told me they were sending out 3 new display cases at no charge. I could keep the other ones or give them to charity. Never have I ever head of a company going way beyond what I had needed. I have received the 3 and they are in perfect condition. Displays2go should have 10 stars.”

“I bought 2 table covers that were supposed to be fire rated. The tags that was sewed into the cloth did not have a fire rating.”

“Customer service answered all of my questions and the twist up display arrived quickly. It was easy to put together. The plastic ?window panes? even have their own storage bag. I would recommend that if you buy one, use the styrofoam sheeting to cut some small sheets to protect the panes when you slide it in and out of the bag, it?s a bit tight with the magnet strips attached to the panes.”

“Thank you so much for the quick response! I received the locking display case in perfect condition. We had to buy some anchors locally that were long enough to secure on a brick building, but it looks wonderful and sturdy. Exactly what we needed! You truly do have a well made product.”

“We used these for our kitchen, and love them! I hung one for my kids artwork and got small clamps that loop around the grid, and it fits perfect without scratching the back. The other one I got S hooks for and hung spatulas and spoons. My goal was to get things off the fridge and counters, and one purchase eliminated both! They are strong and sturdy, but just to be sure they didn't wobble, I held them tight with two screws at the bottom. Very happy with my purchase!”

“I ordered a pair of shoes on October 2 and I have not heard anything about them and I still have not got them. You would think you would keep your customer involved by telling them more updates on your product and when they will be delivered”

“I received the product and they seem to be well made. However one of the bagel bins has a cracked bottom. The boxes had no sign of damage so the broken bins must have been sent with the crack. A refund for the bin would be appreciated.”

“Delivered promptly, and perfect condition. Missing one foot on one of the pedestals, otherwise, 100%. These seem to be well-made, but are not overly fancy. My only concern is that they are expensive.”
