“Horrible. First off, my address wasn’t “verified” for some reason so instead of someone contacting me, they just never did anything. 2 weeks later I called and asked what the status was — it hadn’t even shipped. Also, there was nothing wrong with the address I entered. Second - half of my coffee table was sent to me? Only a piece of glass… so I called … every time someone says “ok we’ll have someone contact you tomorrow to fix this” no one ever calls. So I keep calling back. I’ve called 3 times. This is so ridiculous. I never leave bad reviews for anything but I just want what I ordered or refund. It’s been over a month”

“I ordered a wall mounted locking bulletin board. The item itself is good quality but the lock cannot be installed because no tools or fingers can go between the glass and backboard to install it tightly. The two panes of glass are so close together that it just pushes the lock off the glass and could potentially scratch the glass. It looks like an afterthought. Wouldn't have bought it without a lock. Customer service just sent me the instructions via email when I inquired. Not helpful, I already have that. :(”

“We have the easel outside on the porch of our Visitor Center in Everglades City, FL, with a notice board displaying a map of the area, posters for events, etc. It is quite stable with its 4 legs and has help up to some fierce windy weather.”

“I need to order another one, yes, you did that well. Clean lines, functions exactly they way I hoped it would for my watercolor paintings even though it was designed for magazines. I had an Art showing and thinking outside the box for function displays that looks good and works is many times expensive, this was cost effective solution. My sister put it together for me while I was still in the process of putting out mini paintings that could fit in the setup.”

“Ordered two (2) of these kiosh display units. They shipped very promptly and delivered quickly. One box had minor damage in handling, but contents were not damaged. Assembly was simple and quick with excellent step by step instructions and all needed tools and hardware. We are using Android tablets rather than iPad so bought a longer USB C power cable for the tablets to replace the provided iPad power cable. All said, very satisfied with product and service.”

“the sign frames were great. i bought four and only 2 came. i paid for faster shipping too. called customer service, they were of no help as on their end either. had to call back and talk to someone else to get a credit going. our client's booth was minus half it's signage as a result.”
